This is my cockatoo 2nd visit with Dr Paws. The lovely receptionist was very welcoming and invited me to take my bird into a separate room. This helped Ceefee to relax and become more settled. Dr Kate, the treating vet, was very engaging spending time with us both to be comfortable around CeeFee.
Dr Kate manner was very calm, gentle so Ceefee allowed her to give him a scratch which enabled her to give him a examination. Dr Kate was able to solve Ceefee medical issues and provided sufficient treatment for any further flare ups.
The whole experience was awesome and I think Ceefee entertained all staff and other customers with his verbal repertoire.
I would recommend Dr Paws 100% and I will continue to keep coming back if required.

I cannot recommend Dr Paws highly enough my boy Ned a greyhound who are renowned for bad teeth went in for a dental clean I wish I had taken before pics the huge difference is impressive his teeth even the little ones are all pearly white they look amazing I cannot stop looking at them and thank you for the great care you took with Ned
We love how much the vet nurses and vet look after our fur babies. They take the time to get to understand both of our fur babies even though we have been using this amazing practice for 10 years plus. Our Dogs love going to visit the practice. We even put both dogs into puppy school. This practice covers every thing. So much care when our Ripley passed away. Would never go to another service our fur babies are treated like family there. I can't thank the staff enough.
Thank you to Dr Paul's they went above and beyond with both of my whippets and they also were the only vet that were willing to help treat my discus fish 🐠 🐟 so thank you very much from Glenrowan to Albury Wodonga No one wanted to help but Dr Paul's did It had and still does at the moment hole in the head disease but at least they were willing to help me so thank you very much they are also one of the best priced vets💲 so for people noticing how EXPENSIVE 🫰🏻💲 veterinary care is I would highly recommend Dr Paul's because they are very reasonable 💯💯🎉🎉
