I recently went in to MZ clinic, Firstly, I would like to say what a fabulous clinic beautifully decorated and small specs of luxury throughout the clinic. I met with the lovely team and Jamie Carried out my treatment, I did the Halo laser which I am five days Post treatment and I can already see a significant improvement in my skin, Pigmentation has rapidly improved and skin is feeling nice and tight. I recently had a laser treatment with Dr Maryam Zamani and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming.
I had such a great experience at the clinic for my laser treatment. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel really comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was quick, professional and far less intimidating than I had imagined.

I have been a patient of Dr Zamani for a number of years and remain continuously impressed by her. Dr Zamani has an exceptional eye for detail and outstanding skills as an injector. Do not wish to share my details - Maryam Zamami is unpleasant and hope to not cross paths with her again. She is overpriced for work you can get in many other more experienced clinics, all she cares about is the $$. Had a consultation and treatment with her in tacky clinic and regret ever doing so. Went to another clinic in Chelsea to correct the work and have been going there ever since. Save your money and the bad energy.

Dr. Zamani performed an upper & lower lid blepharoplasty, CO2 laser and brow pexy on me in early November 2025. I’m delighted with the result. I have a fresh new look that has taken 10 years off me. The result is very natural. The quality of my skin has improved such that I don’t have to wear make-up if I choose not to. Dr. Zamani and her team could not have been more helpful. Attentive and responsive, all my questions were always answered promptly, pre and post procedure. I constantly felt assured. The quality of care at the Cadogan Clinic was excellent. I’m also very pleased with Dr. Zamani’s skin care range. Overall, I’m very satisfied and recommend Dr. Zamani.

Dr Zamani was the only person I considered for a Blepharoplasty as I knew her work was so good. Last week I had the procedure at The Cadogan Clinic. The whole team there were exceptional in their care and when Dr Zamani arrived just before my surgery her relaxed manner made me feel less nervous, she even asked which music I would like to hear in the theatre. She also addressed my concerns about being wearing eye pads after surgery as I’m a little claustrophobic. I felt totally in safe hands with her. After surgery I was discharged by a lovely nurse who explained all the aftercare I needed to do at home and was assured it was no problem to call for any advise, she even escorted me to my Husband’s waiting car.
Ten days later I am delighted with the result, I’m still a little swelled but can see already how much better I look in a natural way and I’m sure more youthful and less tired.
The lovely staff at the Clinic have also been so helpful with any concerns especially Reem. I would definitely recommend Dr Zamani to friends who are considering a Blepharoplasty.

Recommended fillers for my tear troughs and it had no effect whatsoever.
At £1500 for 2ml of poor product that should never have been recommended I have to say this was about the money not the patient and the experience.
I have a bulge and a hollow in my tear troughs. Only on seeing someone truely at the top of their game do I now know that I need transconjunctival blepharoplasty to make a difference and will also need to pay extra to get the filler that should never have been used dissolved.
Very excited to be in the hands of a real expert and even thought seeing Maryam Zamani was an expensive mistake I had a narrow miss in the grand scheme of things.
I have no interest in tarnishing anyone’s reputation but everything I have written is factual and can be verified.

Thank you for clarifying your name- we have now been able to review your appointment since the review is under a different name.
Our records confirm you attended a single consultation with Dr Zamani in February 2019 with concerns regarding the lower eyelid tear troughs. At that appointment, Dr Zamani explained that the contour changes were primarily due to herniation of the lower eyelid fat pads, and that the gold standard treatment would be a transconjunctival blepharoplasty. This recommendation was also provided to you in writing following your consultation.
You indicated that you did not wish to proceed with surgery at that time and elected to try a non-surgical option. Dr Zamani discussed that hyaluronic acid filler could provide a temporary improvement but would not address the underlying anatomical issue. With your consent, treatment was carried out and before-and-after photographs were taken, which demonstrate an improvement relative to your baseline. (we will try to add them here).
Following this treatment, you did not return for follow-up nor did you contact the clinic again until this review, over SIX years later. We are pleased to hear that you have since undergone the recommended surgical procedure and that you are satisfied with the outcome but are perplexed why you would write a review so many years later when the filler did help you for a some time.
