Dr Leak Plumbing Services arrived on time, which was very well communicated ahead of time. The plumber (Aidan) was polite and worked around a busy school morning routine in our house. He reviewed the issue with me, suggested multiple options for resolving the issue and provided a quote within 10 minutes. The quotation was accepted and the work was completed on the spot. He even asked if any additional plumbing works were needed while he was available.
From start to finish, very easy to deal with. Would happily use Dr Leak again.

Excellent phone manner, lovely when the plumber arrived. However, quoted $168 for a tap (from bunnings) plus installation to be around $600 total. He left to get the tap at bunnings, came back with a different tap (costing over $100 less) but told me it was better and more expensive, but that he'd absorb the cost.
When the bill was to be paid, the 10% discount as a pensioner was actually only 8% and there was a surcharge applied. Called the company and they told me that the surcharge was applied by the bank, but on calling the bank they said the plumber added that fee.
Re-contacted company, emailed them the details of my complaint and was told they would get back to me - no response. Then asked them for progress, but never got anything other than 'the manager is looking into it'. This was over a month ago.
Cannot speak too highly of the service provided. From the initial phone call to the problem being fixed and completed , all concerned were excellent. On time , great communication and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

PLEASE AVOID*****Water compliance certificate to rent out a house, charged for $721, the plumber was kind but is that really for the 10minutes job (turning taps on and off, checking the water pressure once)? 3taps inside 2 tabs outside.
I got a quote of $210 +gst from JPR plumbing but Dr.leak offered me the earliest visit. Should have waited to avoid this unreasonable $500 extra charge. What a rip off.
+ I haven't received the certificate that the plumber said that will be done today. One simple, overpriced job and nothings done omg..

Had a whole gas system installed and an oven provided and electrical work done today, two days after initial contact. Ours is an old house and it wasn't entirely straight forward, but workers awesome, never heard an expletive all day even though it's hot and dirty under house. They did a terrific job and I would recommend them all day long. Thanks guys and office ladies , good job.

Great business and would recommend!
Used the online booking feature late on a Sunday night after a weekend of no hot water and at 8am Monday morning, I had the plumbers at the door!
They were quick, friendly, professional, talked me through the issue and how it was caused. But more importantly, they fixed my issue at a fair price.
