We met James Wilson as a recommendation to investigate a possible lung/chest complaint. We met James at the Cromwell hospital and found the whole experience extremely positive. James was an extremely pleasant man and made me feel relaxed and created a very informal and calming atmosphere. James quickly diagnosed the problem and requested chest xrays and blood tests. Upon receipt of results he informed me by telephone promptly and recommended the next steps. I would thoroughly recommend James to anyone and would not hesitate in calling on his services again. John
Haven’t been seen by Dr.Wilson either,nor do I know who he is,but I,by sheer chance came across this.
Was inquiring further into some questions I had regarding the series [House,M.D] that were never answered in depth,nor during the 7 year runtime or after the finale,or at least to an extent to which I could have had a decently palpable understanding.
My prompt was 'what type of oncology does james wilson specialise in'—and,ultimately,I got redirected to here.
Obviously,I won’t undermine his abilities as a consultant clinical oncologist,and,moreover,after a brief skimming of his reviews,he seems quite proficient and experienced in regards to his respective profession.
And like a very personable person!
Does leave me wondering—does he work with a misanthropic diagnostician named Gregory House..?

We went for a 2nd opinion on my stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis & cannot praise Dr Wilson highly enough. He totally reassured me that the treatment offered by NHS was my best option & explained everything in a more positive way than my previous experience with NHS oncologist. He also said explained other options he can offer me further down the line. All in all a brilliant consultant with a lovely manner.
I had the privilege to have dr Wilson as my consultant in treating my recent medical issue. His technical expertise is top class, but, of equal importance to me is that he has excellent communication skills, he is very easily approachable and sensitive to the patient‘s needs and makes complicated medical terms easily understood and followed by his patients. He has succeeded in having a very capable team as his assistants, which is also a significant virtue in a consultant ‘s role.
I was referred to Dr Wilson after getting the news that a normally "harmless" nodule on my left lung had turned into cancer - really scary news! My first meeting with Dr Wilson was an example of how to calm a very worried patient - after showing me the scan picture he assured me that the treatment he had planned for me would fix the problem - no nasty operations just radiotherapy. The treatment I had was "stereotactic radio therapy" Just once and that did the trick.Since then I have had regular checkups with Dr Wilson all of them very pleasant and reassuring - he gets to know his patients - I like him.

The care and treatment my mum has received from Mr Wilson has been outstanding. She was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy for lung cancer. He explains everything clearly and concisely and we have full trust and confidence in him. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done and continues to do for her.
I was recently placed under the care of Dr James Wilson as I was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma and required stereotactic radiotherapy to be delivered to my spine.
Initially,I was somewhat in the dark as to what was involved but my concerns were quickly allayed by the concise explanations provided by Dr Wilson in an unhurried and patient manner.
Moreover,as treatment progressed, he remained in regular touch so that I was always aware of what was happening.
Unsurprisingly, the outcome was highly successful.
From beginning to end, this was a first class experience provided by an outstanding practitioner.
