Theft and mgmt doesn't care I never do this...but this needs to be shared. I had them come out and detail my truck. After being 2 hours late, and then leaving before the job was done...one of the detailers stole some items from my truck...the other detailer noticed and came and told me, and then forced the other detailer to come back and apologize and bring my item back. I reached out to mgmt(including the CEO) I explained what happened...I wasn't looking for a refund..I was hoping the employee would be worked with, and not fired(we all make mistakes). Not only did my message never get returned or even acknowledged, 2 days later I found out my debit card number was stolen. I had left my debit card in my truck, and someone used it buy $800 worth of stuff on amazon. My guess is the employee who stole my item, also stole my debit card number. I would NOT recommend these guys as its clear mgmt doesn't care at all. I wasn't look for a refund or anything like that...but I would have thought they at least would have reached out to apologize for all of the errors, including an employee STEALING from me. The customer is supposed to be your north star...do better!!

Great work! Dylan was so flexible and helpful with getting my car detailed, and he really did a phenomenal job. This car was old and hadn’t been cleaned at all by the previous owner, so he had a big job on his hands. But he worked very hard and stayed until he made that car shine.

I had a poor experience with an appointment cancelation then multiple scheduling delays, their phone system malfunctioning and a company water issue that lead to washing my car with non-filtered water. The detailers did a fine job on the inside of the car.

I’m very upset. Based on reviews and past photos my expectations were high. But after paying $300 I expected to have all dirt and grime gone and that was not the case. While the guy was very nice, it took over 4 hours because some tools broke and they had to leave and come back and by the time they were done it was past 8pm. I couldn’t have them go over any more parts because I had to get my kids to bed! My car still has dirt under the seats and spots on the dash and for a “free” exterior clean, it was more like spraying water around it. Everything is a ridiculous up charge. I feel like I could have paid $12 at the car wash to do this myself. Way too expensive. If you want your cupholders clean this is the place to go, other than that, save your money.

Buyer Beware… they do not honor their gift cards. We were gifted a detail service and when I went to redeem it, they said the “gift card was from an older program” and they would not honor it. They even admitted it was a gift card and there is no listed expiration date. I asked that someone call me so we could discuss and they would not. I had a scheduled appointment for the service and they offered nothing in return. They took the money and ran. There are plenty of detail companies out there, I would advise choosing one that is honest or at least will give you the courtesy of a phone call.

Oh where to begin! I have had nothing but problems since my first cleaning with them. I have had my car cleaned three times where they don’t slide my bucket seats and it doesn’t get cleaned underneath them. I’m sorry but if this is your job then you better know that some seats slide. Each time I tell them that it was missed, they tell me that I should’ve looked and had the cleaner come back while he was still in the area. I’m sorry, but I should not have to go through my car and move seats around to make sure they did their job. Also the fact that I’m at home with a nursing newborn, I can’t run out to my car right then to double check the work that should’ve been done correctly without me babysitting them. At first they told me they wouldn’t have someone come out for it. Then after threatening a bad review they said okay we can come tomorrow at 11:30. Well you know what, I’m not just home all day, that isn’t going to work for me. Eventually after them just telling me what time they were coming instead of asking me, and it not working for me, I told them to just forget it. And instead of trying to fix it they just said okay, thanks. TERRIBLE customer service. When I’m pay nearly $250 for my car to be cleaned it better be damn near perfect. Also, every cleaner needs to be trained to slide bucket seats to clean under and around them. It’s not rocket science. Refer to my picture for what a $250 clean will get you apparently.

The tech was a nice guy. I got the $199 sale special that was. Thorough interior detailing along with a free exterior. We tipped before he was completely done, wish we hadn't. I don't think they like doing exterior or something... He just used a power washer and no other cleaning supplies so it wasn't any better than going through a car wash. See the pictures, the exterior is still really dirty. After TX and tip we were at almost $250 and for that I expect the car to look like it's coming off a show floor. At the very least no poop left on the windshield.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I’m not joking when I say this, the 12 year old kids who knock on door looking to earn money does a better job than these people. I purposely left garage in my truck to see if they’d clean it, lo & behold, it was still there. They show no professionalism and couldn’t care less about your vehicle. If you care about your money, do not waste it on these puds. How they have 4 stars is beyond me. Do not be fooled and waste your money.

I guess I’ll leave this here since they’ve gone ghost. I’ll start by mentioning two things: I’m a house cleaner for a living. & I went on a road trip with my dog for Memorial Day weekend. I thought it worth it to hire a professional to detail clean my car. Here’s the thing, their discounted rate of $215+ is right up there with the price of a professional house cleaning. I would never leave work behind like this with my name attached. Especially when I know that someone is paying for me to be detail oriented. & then they went unresponsive. I didn’t ask for a refund, or for anyone to come back. More of a courtesy to let them know, this isn’t what I was sold on. I have a car wash membership. I can wash and dry and vacuum my own car & it would have looked better than this. So save your money. Look elsewhere for precision.

Didn’t get what I paid for. I paid $100 extra on top of the $200 base fee for them to shampoo the seats and carpets. When they were “done” the seats and carpet all looked the same and before the cleaning and were not even damp. After several frustrating business days of back and forth to finally get they finally offered a “reclean,” they were unwilling to give even a partial refund. When they showed back up to do they reclean they didn’t even have all the appropriate equipment to shampoo the carpets which was my main complaint from the original cleaning! Still waiting for an actual reclean 11 days later. Your experience will depend entirely on who they send to detail your car which is why some reviews on here are great and others are like this one. Overall, poor cleaning job, poor customer service, extremely disappointing. The pictures I have uploaded look like “before” pictures sadly they are after the cleaning.

If you’re hoping for a reliable appointment experience for a special occasion… maybe don’t roll the dice with Sunny Detailing. Booked a mobile detailing appointment for my husband’s birthday at 8:00 AM on a Saturday. Then received an email confirmation saying the appointment was at noon. Reached out to clarify and was explicitly told, “Nope, definitely 8:00 AM.” So we spent his birthday morning waiting around for 40 minutes placing bets on whether they were going to show up or at least call. Spoiler alert: neither happened. I finally called the company at 8:40 am myself, nobody answered, and only afterward did I receive a DM on Instagram saying the technician had “run into an emergency” and they needed to reschedule. Look, emergencies happen. Totally understandable. But maybe communicate that so your customer isn’t sitting around wondering if they’ve been ghosted by their car detailer. Especially when earlier that same morning, they confirmed that your appointment was good for 8 AM. Overall, really disappointing communication and a pretty frustrating customer experience.
