We used Gianluca for a transport to our hotel in Venice and he was incredible. He was punctual, communicative, and went out of his way to meet us right where we were at the airport and assist with our bags. The car was spotless, air conditioned, and spacious. He spoke fluent English and was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He gave us great tips for our stay and even sent us a list of restaurant recommendations that were local favorites! Would definitely recommend this company and look forward to using them again in the future!

Due to airline issues, we had a long travel day leading up to our arrival in Venice. Luca’s was so accommodating, and it was so nice to be picked up by such a warm and welcoming smile! He gave us tons of tips on how to best navigate including some of our favorite restaurant recommendations and even took pictures for us. Highly recommend for a safe, comfortable transfer!

Gianluca was an angel without wings for us. After standing in the very hot sun for over an hour waiting on our scheduled transport who was extremely late, Gianluca offered to take us to Venice. He was such a blessing after dealing with the other company. He even stopped to let my children use the restroom because they had been waiting for so long. He also rescheduled our water taxi for us in Venice along the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about his level of service. Please use this local driver and not a broker like we did. We made that mistake and hopefully others can learn from our experience. Use Gianluca instead because he is amazing and so much more affordable! I even got all his contact info to send to our travel agency so they could use him too going forward. Thank you Gianluca for helping our family out!
