The owner, Zach, is very knowledgeable and professional. He was the one who came out to inspect and even came out with a technician to help do the work. It was nice to see an owner not afraid to get his hands dirty and help his employees out. They made sure to be very thorough with all of the demo and cleanup and explained everything throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great guy very down to earth, came out at 5am to help us with an emergency, crew wasn’t available to help so Chris did it all himself!! Very hard worker taking on a 2 inch flooded apartment all by himself. As a first time renter i was so scared to have something like this happen he assured me the whole time and had a very calm tone due to his expertise loved that all i got to say is he really saved us definitely would recommend this company.

I have known the owner of this company for over five years. In that time, I have learned that he is one of the most knowledgeable and competent people I’ve ever met regarding water, fire and mold damage remediation (and I’ve met a lot of “experts” in this field). Not only does he have vast amounts of knowledge and experience, but he is an extremely effective communicator, detail oriented, organized and passionate about helping people in their times of need. Most of the uninformed don’t realize that restoration work is an actual science and using inexperienced or unqualified contractors can cause more harm than good. If you have a water, fire or mold problem, he should be your first call.
