An exceptional experience of learning and fun with the instructor Ryan! We came with my friend for a cocktail class focused on tequila (Tequila 5 Ways), and left with a well of knowledge on world history of given cocktails and ingredients, as well as passion for the subject. All the team members are sweet and deeply knowledgeable. I can imagine this being a great fun for large groups of friends, coworkers or families.

I took the week-long, 20 hour Master Bartending Course and it was phenomenal! The instructor was a seasoned bartending veteran with an encyclopedic knowledge of cocktail recipes, history and ways to modify them. He was also a superb teacher, making class equal parts informative and fun. The course is set up so that you get tons of hands on experience actually mixing and making drinks. I went from never having done anything like this, to feeling ready to apply for jobs and have bartending as part of my career. In fact, I have an interview lined up just a week after completing the course! The instructors and team are very well connected in the industry, and committed to helping graduates find jobs and pick up gigs. They are truly training the next generation of professional bartenders. It's more than just a fun activity, it's a trade school course. If you're even lightly thinking about a career in bartending, take this course, it is so worth it!

Really fun night! Cocktails were unique and fun to make! A few suggestions, you stand the whole time, it would be much more comfortable to have stools at the tables, should start on time, it started 1/2 late, we were required to go to the sink to clean the shakers and such, those should have just been replaced with new ones vs us having to clean them because it just took too much time, we were broken up into teams for trivia would have been lovey to get a little something being the winning team, will all that being said, it was a really fun class, learned a lot and the trivia was very fun. The bar/site was beautiful!! I would definitely recommend the class!!
