Everyone in the office is kind and professional. I am not a fan of dental work and they always put me at ease and take care of me. This practice is also reasonably priced.

Due to an emergency the appointment needed to be changed. They quickly provided me with times that fit my schedule for the next day. The hygienist I saw was very pleasant, thorough and gentle. My chat with the Doctor afterwards was very informative, answered all my questions and explained options including do nothing. Excellent treatment!
I had my first appointment here today! Everyone was extremely nice, organized, and efficient. My hygienist gave me a thorough, yet gentle cleaning, and worked quickly and accurately to get all my x-rays done. She also gave some great advice on how I can keep my teeth cleaner, and she made me feel at ease as a new patient. Dr. Patel was very friendly and ensured everything was looking good clinically. He also educated me about ways I can improve my teeth on a more cosmetic level, and staff is working on scheduling me for a consultation. So much better than my previous dental experiences in the past!
I have had dental insurance since 2021, and I’ve been going to the same dental office for regular checkups for years. This year, I had deep cleaning done twice, and afterward they sent me a $1,900 bill. At first, I thought there must have been some kind of mistake, so I called the dental office. Their response was simply, “These are our deep cleaning fees.”
That may be normal, but I questioned why someone with insurance would still have to pay such a high amount. I then contacted my insurance company, and customer service told me that the dental office had not submitted the necessary information to them. After that, I had the dental office and the insurance company speak with each other, and I am still waiting for an update.
So, even if you have insurance, make sure to ask for the exact cost and confirm coverage before getting any procedure done at this place.

Rohat, we totally understand you're frustrated, and we're sorry about the situation. Sadly, your insurance company is not being totally honest with you - or with us, when they repeatedly tell us they haven't received any of the claims we snail mailed and filed electronically on your behalf. We're frustrated too.
had a filling done and it was messed up.. Dr Niral patel is a good person and puts sincere time and effort but the filling was messed up and im still in pain..

Certainly, amazed by the team that took care of David Cavey !! Very understanding very caring very patient. If you have someone with special needs, first thing is to make sure they have good hygiene in their mouth! Followed up with regular cleaning, of course, brushing every day and an awesome team to look after you David did not have that in the beginning. He has a 28 year-old male with special needs, believe it or not almost like lost his life because of infections. And being sepsis! Thank you again to team !!!! Patti Riebel
