Dr. Levy and Dr Patel and their entire team are hands-down the best. Their staff have always addressed the extra care that my autistic son requires
. They go the out of their way to alleviate stress and anxiety and provide a calming environment. I always know their recommendations are in the best interest of my son. The entire staff keeps my informed throughout and I couldn’t be happier with his dental care. Plus the support team is easy to approach and their automated system for appointment reminders are very helpful.

Brandon, Trisha, and Danielle, all participated as a team to help Carol relax and give Carol time to say good girl good girl. All three were professional, patient, kind, and gentle. We were impressed watching Brandon clean Carol's teeth gently. He answered all of our questions and gave us advice. This was the best experience we ever had with any dentist. Also, the sunglasses and the wrap relaxed Carol . The gentle hands and words of encouragement made Carol's and our experience happy. It was a pleasure meeting Dr Patel.

Our son in on the autism spectrum. In April, had a tooth extracted under general anesthesia at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown where Dr. LEVY AND HIS TEAM did an exceptional job.
The most important point: rhe competnecy and skill of the medical staff and the understanding and trusting relationship Dr Levy has forged with our son over the years.
We live in Virginia. We will always drive to Frederick; and we will always be with Dr.Levy and his team. Nick had a hard time recovering from anesthesia. Meritus Medical Staff

Yesterday , Nov 21, was a teeth cleaning visit. My son has deep anxiety but managed to lean back the chair a bit to help Carol , a fabulous and smart dental hygienist , do her job.
She tried to explain how to use the water vacuum tube but that was not possible.... he could not close lips to enhance water suctioning... yes, she demonstrated and explained it , but my son could not do it, so she made it work to fit his comfort level and skill set at the dentist. She demonstrated flossing... we are still working on it ...
Sensory issues are real in our kiddos on the spectrum. My son says for.days before the dental appointment " No Lie Down"... a remnant of being papoosed and traumatized by various dental practitioners over the years.
But Dr. LEVY AND ASSOCIATES and staff understand this... and we continue to drive to Frederick MD ... ( traffic is traffic in our DMV area... book appointments mid-morning ... it helps if u coming from 395/495 and up 270 to Rte15).

My husband had two bad experiences with dentist when younger even waking up during anesthesia. He has been scared to death to see any dentist.
I heard about Dr Levy and took him to see him and praise the Lord my husband now can go Dr Levy for any dental work and know he is well taken care of. Dr Levy took Mike and I by the hand and introduced us to every employee
and is so reassuring when there's any type of work being done to you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
