Dr. Han is truly amazing. She is super gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. Her treatments are very affordable, and the level of care you receive is outstanding. I started seeing her after surgery, and I’ve had great treatments with real, noticeable results. I was exceptionally impressed with the service and treatment I received! Very nice, clean, and professional office and treatment rooms. I had been experiecing severe pain in my left Achilles. A few days after my initial treatment, the pain had subsided! The receptionist is very polite and customer focused. Dr Han's treatment is head and shoulders above the other acupuncture treatments I have received in the past at other locations. This will be my place of choice for all of my future treatments!

Table is also narrow. I’m average build but it’s hard to lay on it with arms by side and they’re covered in needles. Maybe a small side table to rest your arms so you don’t move we you’re pinned?
She would use alcohol pads before she pinned my arms but not my face. For my face she just used a dry cotton ball. The dry cotton ball was at both sessions; it didn’t feel wet on my face and I didn’t smell alcohol.

She’s accommodating to ppls schedules but then she gives off a rushed energy bc she’s hopping between rooms. Which can feel chaotic

I did not see an improvement after 1 session, my symptoms were significantly worse. Which she explained is normal, it’s how the body can respond. Had a 2nd session and did notice a significant improvement!

I thought allergies would be an easier issue than actual pain. But the allergies were a longer stemming issue vs the acute pain

Before your arrival, we have changed the tables with freshly washed and disinfected cotton sheets and towels (I believe pure cotton products are the most skin-friendly). To meet the diverse needs of different guests, we also provide disposable paper or vinyl sheets (some people feel uncomfortable with these fabrics). If you don't like towels, you can ask us for disposable fiber sheets instead.
The dimensions of the treatment tables are fixed and I can't change their size. I’ll try to use the largest-sized tables.
Before the operation, I would gently wipe the skin of your limbs with alcohol cotton balls for disinfection. Your face was already red and very sensitive, so I used a slightly drier cotton ball to wipe your face to avoid the alcohol irritating your skin and making it even more sensitive. Therefore, I used different alcohol moistures on different parts of your body. I think this is reasonable and there is no problem.
All the needles we use are sterile and disposable. The auxiliary instruments are also disinfected. We follow hospital standards. Please don't worry.
Usually, we are very busy on Saturdays. Every fifteen minutes or half an hour, a patient comes in and we assign them to different rooms. During the half-hour treatment period when the needles remain in the body, I try not to disturb them. I allocate my time equally among each patient.
Also, I need to correct you. Today is your second treatment. You said there was no improvement after two treatments, which is incorrect. It's normal that there might not be much improvement immediately. Usually, the best effect is achieved with two treatments a week or when the condition worsens, but you didn't follow that. Due to the weather, it might have relapsed or worsened these days. I hope you'll have a good result after today's treatment in a few days.
When you mentioned that your pain was greatly relieved after just one acupuncture session, you're right. Acupuncture can provide immediate relief for pain. Most of my patients with pain conditions also experience significant improvement after the first session. However, not all diseases are like pain. For some respiratory disorders, it may require several sessions of treatment. If you can come for treatment on time for a few sessions, I believe you will also see great improvement.
OK, the last question. We have an electronic system to manage patients. To avoid keeping you waiting too long, we won't operate it in front of you. But your file and medical records are all saved. The data after your first treatment won't be very referential. Only the data after multiple treatments are meaningful. Before your first treatment, completing the paperwork and signing it is a must for every patient.
