Dr Fagien is clearly the expert in his field. I had under eye bags which can be challenging. I am extremely pleased with the procedure; the results are very natural. From the very first consultation, I knew I was in the right place. Instead of pointing out flaws like many surgeons do, he asked me one simple and powerful question, “What bothers you when you look in the mirror?” That approach alone speaks volumes about who he is. He promotes beauty in a healthy and balanced way, rooted in confidence and self acceptance, not insecurity.
His team is exceptional. Every detail, every visit, and every interaction made me feel cared for and respected. I felt amazing from day one through every follow up appointment.
The procedure itself was fast and smooth, something I had wanted to do for a long time, and I truly felt I was in the best hands possible.
What impacted me the most happened after surgery. Over the weekend, I noticed a small tear mixed with blood and got really scared. I called the office and within ten minutes he personally called me back. Not an assistant. The doctor himself. On a weekend. That level of humanity is rare.
He explained calmly what was happening and what to expect next, and everything unfolded exactly as he said it would. That gave me so much peace.

Rhinoplasty and bilateral browlift
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Vaca. I recently went to Dr. Vaca for a rhinoplasty and browlift and I could not be happier with the results! There is no other surgeon I’d trust with any plastic surgery especially my nose. Dr. Vaca listened to what I wanted to change and I trusted his opinion on what he thought would look best for my specific features. He will always tell me when he thinks I don’t need something done and when he thinks something will look unnatural. I had minimal bruising, swelling, or scarring after my surgery and I attribute that to Dr. Vaca’s expertise as a surgeon. He is calm and confident which always made me feel at ease. Dr. Vaca and his staff truly care about their patients and take the time to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire surgery and recovery process. Any questions or concerns I had both before surgery and months later they made sure to answer and had solutions for. Thank you so much to Dr. Vaca and staff!

Upper blepharoplasty
Dr. Fagien, who did my blepharoplasty, I truly do not have enough words. He came highly recommended by over 12 individuals who had nothing but incredible things to say about him and his work, and now I completely understand why. For over two and a half years I struggled with hooded eyelids. I stopped wearing makeup and I did not feel like myself.He is truly exceptional at what he does. His work reflects a level of precision and perfectionism that is rare to find. He is incredibly gifted at his craft, and it shows in every detail. His approach is conservative yet flawless. The lines are beautiful, the healing has been incredible, and the result is exactly what I hoped for, refreshed and natural, not altered. I am beyond grateful for his skill, his care, and the beautiful result he gave me.

Dr. Fagien performed upper and lower eye lid surgery on me and I am very pleased with the results. I look 10 years younger. It has definitely boosted my confidence. Dr. Fagien is very detail oriented and precise in his approach. You can’t even tell that I had surgery. You can tell that Dr. Fagien loves what he does because it shows in his workmanship. His team is just as dedicated as he his. They were all so kind and very helpful.

Best of the Best
I went to see Dr. Fagien for upper and lower eyelid surgery. The minute I stepped into his office I knew without a doubt that I was in the right place. His office is aesthetically pleasing. His staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Fagien hands down is the best doctor/surgeon that I have ever met in my life. He is so professional and has such a calming demeanor. As it got closer to my surgery his staff kept me informed and engaged every step of the way. I shared with many of them my fears and anxiety about this, my first surgery in life, and they were so reassuring which helped to put me in a peaceful place. The days leading up to and immediately following the surgery they kept in constant contact with me and checked on me regularly. They went above and beyond. Dr. Fagien is a top notch doctor who is very careful, precisioned, and a laser focused surgeon. He ialso has a very calming spirit about himself that put me instantly at ease. Best Decision Ever
I had a temporal lift and upper bleph with Dr. Vaca. It was very important to me that I retain the natural shape of my eyes, and I wanted an effective, yet conservative, approach. Dr. Vaca listened attentively and took time to walk me through exactly what to expect during and after the procedure. I felt safe and assured that I was in capable hands. His entire team is friendly and competent. I am incredibly pleased with the results. Someone I know recently said, “I don’t know what you’re doing differently, but you look younger.” Perfect!
