John and his team were truly incredible. This was my very first home-buying experience, and I was completely lost. I didn’t even know where to begin. My loan was a bit unique because I was buying out a family member, but John took the time to explain every single step with such patience and kindness.
There were moments when I had to say, “Wait, I don’t understand, can you explain that again?” and without hesitation, he would find a new way to explain it until it made sense, never once making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.
What impressed me just as much as his knowledge was his responsiveness. He always, and I truly mean always, answered emails and phone calls immediately. I run my own department, and even I’m nowhere near as quick to respond as he is!
