I had a great experience getting to better understand of all that goes into replacing a roof. I had no idea how important it was to have the right layers of materials and the proper quality to ensure a lifetime warranty and protection for my home. The best part was getting to know LJ as he was not pushing and was able to spend the time getting to know my situation and he made sure I was comfortable and everything was priced right. The icing on the cake was LJ even came to pick up my kids from school while we continued the conversation. A great guy and will be a friend beyond just the sales consultant. I highly recommend LJ!

HORRIBLE COMPANY with dishonest practices. I had my roof done shortly after my ceiling was leaking I called them they sent someone out who fixed the outside damage which caused the roof to leak. The rep said they’ll send someone out to repair the indoor repairs. All the sudden the rep said her field manager said they will not complete the repairs inside the home. Horrible, dishonest, poor quality work DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL

5 STARS for completion of a beautiful roof and gutters. 1 STAR for...I got a cold call from Dream Home customer service stating they were in my area? and if I wanted a free inspection? It just so happens that I was going to start making calls to different companies to get free quotes in reference to my leaking flat sun room roof. I thought it should only take maybe an hour. The unfortunate part was that he found and showed the mold in the attic, which the entry was in my bedroom. 6 1/2 hrs later, I was so stressed and delirious from the pushy salesman who didn't want to leave without a signed contract. My gut and intuition knew the price was way too high! I canceled my contract and went to another company. After getting several phone calls back with a third price, which was HALF the price of the salesman's (which I was told was a MISTAKE?, really now) was a reasonable price for my size roof. 2 STARS for the lack of communication and mistakes between DH and roofers. Roofers had to come back and redo their mistake and since there wasn't a dumpster, they finally came back to remove the rest of the old shingles. 4 STARS for good follow up to make sure I was satisfied once completed and stress was gone! :) ....... NOW...one month later... stress is back...I have had multiple phone calls and text requesting a review...what is this? invisible review? Now I give them a -1 star rating for harassment so a total of 2 stars. Survey, would I recommend it to anyone ....hum...what's your guess? lol
