The manager was especially helpful during the design process, showing me smart ways to make a small space feel bigger and work better for everyday living. We've worked with Eli and his team over a number of years on a wide range of projects--from a complete kitchen remodel and finishing our basement (including a wet bar and full bath) to smaller jobs like retiling a leaking shower and finishing a powder room, along with other projects along the way. The work has always been highly professional. Their contracts are clear and detailed, giving us the information needed to make informed decisions and understand exactly what to expect, which eliminates surprises. At the same time, they've remained flexible, able to adapt to unexpected challenges or incorporate new elements as the project evolves. Eli brings both a creative and practical approach--his eye for design ensures that plans are visually appealing, while his realistic perspective means everything is functional and livable. The quality of the workmanship is consistently excellent. The crews pay close attention to detail and take pride in doing things the right way. For example, our basement floor was uneven in many places, but the team ensured that every tile was perfectly flat and beautifully installed. We've always felt in good hands with Eli and his team, and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

We did a huge remodel with Dreamhome, lasting about a year for which we moved out for 5 months. The planning, design phase with Eli, Dana was a breeze. Eli walked us through various options and provided optimization for what we wanted vs. the budget. We knew the problems we wanted to fix but did not have a clear idea about how to fix them. Eli and his team made it very easy. David (from Eli's team) took over the project during the actual remodel. Majority of the work was done on time. We did identify several small problems once we moved back which Eli and David had anticipated. They helped with fixing all the issues, getting through the inspection. We did have to be a bit on top of things to identify the issues and report them, but never got any pushback from Eli or David. They resolved all the issues satisfactorily. Overall we are very happy with completely new layout in our old house.

Wow cannot believe this is mine! Was searching for a reputable company to add a detached ADU to my property and DreamHome was nothing short of spectacular. I love the colors and how the final design came out. I originally had planned for a smaller ADU but Eli suggested I go a little bit bigger in terms of the height of the unit and I'm glad we did. The higher ceilings definitely make the space feel much larger than it is. I can't wait to finish decorating the new space. Highly recommend the team at DreamHome!

We recently purchased a new property and were thrilled to learn it was zoned to allow an ADU addition. While searching for companies on Yelp, DreamHome really stood out to us. Their quality of work looked amazing in the pictures but I wanted to get an idea of what they could do for me. I sent out a quote and got a reply immediately. Eli was able to come out the next day to assess the property. He gave me a variety of options and layouts that he thought would fit the space best and I could not have agreed more. Over the next couple of weeks, Eli and his company guided me through the process of obtaining all the necessary permits and choosing the right materials that not only looked good and modern but was also warm and inviting. Fast forward to today, we are completely thrilled with the results of the project. The moment we posted the space for rent online, we had multiple offers to come look at the property. We had the ADU rented out all within a few days of completing the project thanks to Eli and his team!
