Based upon my conversation with this company's representative when I called them, and the fact that the representative tried to steam-roll me into a database and get all my personal information before I could even get a feel for the office was a HUGE turn off.
I too, like to evaluate people that I choose to work with. That is why I will not work with people who try to fit me into an Intake Form - my case is more nuanced and requires understanding and a willingness to mutually conversate with those actually handling my potential case before proceeding.
I don't care to be a take it or farm-it-out lead for profit - your company is just not a good fit.
Based upon my initial experience and the response to my review, I will not be using this group and I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.

Be Careful using him, he is not here for the disabled people two years he did NOTHING for my case then just dropped me, I have files and files of medical evidence that I am permitted disabled! He dont care about helping the disabled! Unbelievable waste of two years! Wish I could give him zero stars, not only that his lawyers are very unprofessional and show up late to your court hearings and is not there to support you and fight for you! I advise you to seek help from someone who cares about your health and well-being! He does NOT care about any of his clients, hes a joke!

I went many years ago with LaTour. First year nothing. He told me try next year. Year passes second time nothing. Another year nothing. He said if I go to someone else, I'll have to start over. That was 'bs'. I went to another lawyer and the first time they got me what I needed.

terrible customer service! All the representive seem to be working from home but they all seem drunk or high. Slurred or tired speech. Took over 1 hour and 34 minutes to fill out a form which they could have just emailed me, sent me through traditional mail or even faster a website with application forms. Instead they hire people with no experience in customer service.
Saw it on tv, thought I'd give it a try but wow! unprofessional and talking with them is like talking to a drunk or high person. Extremely frustrating to talk to them. I've talked to 4 different representatives because i wanted to give this business a chance. But nope will not sign anything!
Do not try unless you have no other option! Commercials got my attention but that 1st call should haven't been my last call.

They take care of basically everything and walk you through the process, providing most of the paperwork, medical, etc. Very efficient.

I retained Dr. Latour's advocates to help me assist with my denied ssdi claim. The initial call was super easy and Sebastian is very helpful and patient. Knowing I don't have to go through the appeals process alone is comforting and a stress reliever. Thank you!

I reached out to this firm 3 weeks ago in regards to a denial letter that was sent out by Social Security. I reached out to this firm to see if they can help me out with this issue. I spoke to an agent and they sent me A contract to fill out and sign which I did. I sent it back three weeks ago and I’ve called five times. Left a message five different times and yet still no one has reached out to me?

This law firm cost me my disability benefits. I trusted them because of their TV advertisements, and that trust was misplaced.
For two years, my case was neglected. Mr. Latour ignored my emails and phone calls, and communication with the firm was nearly impossible.
On the day of my hearing, no one showed up to represent me. I was left alone to face the judge without legal support. This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.
I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to do thorough research before hiring them. Be very cautious.
