Brayden and Locky from Drainskleen did an amazing job installing a reflux valve at my place. They went above and beyond by also helping fix a drainage issue and even drilled through a concrete wall to sort it out. Really impressed with their professionalism and the extra effort they put in. Very happy with the service - highly recommend!

The $695.20 was a fixed quotation that you approved prior to us attending site, and this price did not change. Our plumber contacted the office while on site to confirm a variation in the work required as we found concrete in the area of work, but this did not affect the agreed cost to you.
GPS records also confirm our plumber was on site for over an hour, and the price reflected the specialist fittings and valves needed to complete the job — not just the time on site. We pride ourselves on being transparent with our pricing and professional in our service.
We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we stand by the work carried out and the fairness of the process.

Completed a google search Sunday for a gas plumber. I noted information on dRAINS kLEEN website and telephoned first thing Monday. Initial appointment first thing Tuesday morning. To my surprise the appointment was rescheduled to Monday afternoon.
Liam and Nick attended as promised and quickly identified and rectified my gas problem. No fuss, no hassle just two very polite and professional guys.
I can highly recommend their services and also the booking process was quick and easy.

today i had Brayden, Nick and another young man sorry i cant remember his name from drains kleen come and put a liner in my broken storm water pipe. A few days ago i had Young Brayden here to inspect my storm water pipe which turned out that it was choc a block with Morton bay fig tree roots from the Brisbane city council park next to my back yard. Young Brayden and young Nick and the other tradesman done a fantastic job relining the broken pipe explaining every step along the process of the job. all in all i was 150% happy with the out come and would recommend these three young tradesmen for a in house award. Keegan is an absolute legend, he knew exactly what we wanted to do. With his expertise in landscaping and navigating the services throughout the garden bed, we have ended up with something that beat all our expectations.
We have used the Drains Kleen team previously for some drainage works down the side of the house and on both jobs, it has been left immaculate.

Fantastic service. We use these guys for all vac truck, pipework CCTV and QA testing. Also use their maintenance department for odd plumbing jobs at home! Exceptional to deal with at every level, although CJ in the office is the best!!
