Nick is the nicest and most genuine trades person I think I’ve ever encountered in my life. Don’t waste your time with anyone else, he took the time to show me absolutely everything and did a thorough job removing 30 years of grease buildup in the main drain pipe under my house at a fair price and on the same day I called. We used DrainPRO for a blocked sewer issue at our home and had a great experience.
We had already tried clearing the blockage ourselves with an electric auger but without success. From the first phone call, communication with DrainPRO was very smooth — they were patient, clear, and took the time to understand the situation properly.
Joe arrived right on time the next day and quickly identified where the issue was. He resolved the blockage using high-pressure water jetting, then went on to inspect the entire sewer line with CCTV, explaining everything clearly step by step. He also helped clear the overflow point, which was very much appreciated.
After the work was completed, Joe explained that tree roots were present in the sewer line and provided a clear long-term solution and quote, which really helped us plan and make informed decisions for the future.

Highly recommend DrainPro..! Nick, Dave and the boys were great...!! Nick was communicative and very knowledgeable in diagnosing and recommending solutions for my cracked storm water / flooding issues. Dave and his team arrived soon after to sleeve the drains ( under a concrete slab) and add pits and strip gutters. The whole process took 1.5 days and I couldn't be happier..! I recently used DrainPro for a blocked drain, and the team genuinely handled the job better than most plumbers I’ve dealt with. They gave me a clear arrival time, turned up exactly when they said they would, and came ready to actually fix the problem instead of guessing.
The tech ran a camera through the line straight away and showed me exactly what was happening inside the pipe. No vague explanations, no confusion. They cleared the blockage properly with a jetter, then rescoped the line afterwards so I could see the before and after for myself. It was obvious the job was actually fixed, not just temporarily relieved.
The team was thorough from start to finish. No rushing, no corner cutting, no random upsells. The price they gave upfront was the price I paid. Simple.
They were professional the whole way through. clean uniforms, organised, respectful of the property, and they left everything tidy when they were done.
If you’re sick of plumbers who just do the bare minimum or leave you guessing, this team is the opposite. Straightforward, reliable, and they clearly know what they’re doing. I’d happily use them again.
