Very disappointing experience with Drainpro.
Joe arrived on time and, after a quick inspection, quoted me $685 to unblock a stormwater pipe. After less than an hour of work, he advised that the pipe was blocked by tree roots and said he was unable to clear it. He then provided a quote of nearly $17,000 to excavate and replace the pipe.
Fortunately, I sought a second opinion from a local plumber, who was able to successfully clear the blockage and remove the tree roots for a fraction of the cost.
While I appreciate the punctuality, I was disappointed that the issue was deemed unfixable so quickly and that the proposed solution was so expensive when a much simpler and more affordable repair was possible.

Our team attended the property and made every effort to clear the stormwater blockage; however, due to the condition of the drainage system, we were unfortunately unable to achieve a successful result on the day. As a gesture of goodwill, we reduced the fixed-price charge despite the time and equipment invested in attempting to resolve the issue.
Following our investigation, we provided recommendations and a quotation to replace the affected section of stormwater drain, as well as a separate quotation to upgrade the strip drain outlet from 50mm to the current Australian standard to help improve drainage performance.
