Would give more than 5 stars if possible! Had huge drain/sewer issues and a horrible experience with another company who were misleading and unreliable. Contacted Drainpro and Joe was at our house within the hour. Joe was excellent, communicative and informative and went above and beyond to have the issue sorted quickly. Honestly could not recommend Joe and the team highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jaimes turned up on time and knew exactly what he needed to get done, he did a great job to help us to unblock the drain within 30mins and gave us tips and advise what not to do/to do to prevent it happening again. Happy to recommend these guys to anyone. We had a guy came in last week, didnt fix the problem, should have gone to Drainpro the first time to get the problem fix!

You can easily see why DrainPro has 5 stars. James cleared the blockage but had to work hard at it because the stormwater drain was suffering 30 years of neglect. The service was excellent, James was sensational, the fee was reasonable and the blockage was cleared.

Amazing service - called today, one of the team (Jim) was at my house within the hour, and immediately identified the solution. Highly recommend. Five stars.

Nick came out and gave me a quick plunge and bit of info on how drains properly work to avoid the smell I was occasionally experiencing. Great help and to his credit didn’t even end up charging me as it was a 2 second visit. Great service and great bloke. Respect

When I called Drainpro and explained that I needed an urgent sewer repair I was totally impressed with the service I received. Firstly, they were able to organise a technician to attend the property within two hours. More importantly, I was super impressed with Jim (the technician) who arrived on time and introduced himself in a friendly and courteous manner. He was fully prepared and quickly discovered the cause and location of the blockage which was outside my property and the responsibility of South East Water. Jim kindly called SEW on my behalf and they attended and cleared the blockage. He did not charge for the visit. I will be recommending Jim and Drainpro to all my family and friends. Many thanks Jim. Used this group of friendly, efficient tradies again! Immediate response and faultless service. Heavy machinery travelled in and out over boards so as not to damage lawns, no soil left on nearby areas because it was all excavated onto plastic sheets. So repairs and cleanup were 100%. Thanks to all the team ☺️

Said they would come on Wednesday, but they didn’t show up. I called them, and they said they would come on Friday, but they didn’t show up again. Extremely unprofessional.

I highly recommend DrainPro My house drain has been blocked for couple of days and I called someone in. That guy charged me a big amount of money but didn’t solve the problem. I called them many times but they didn't respond and tricked me. Luckily I found DrainPro and Nick came at the same day. Nick tested and lifted up half of one timber board from my decking and solved all the issues. Nick is such a professional plumber! Thanks a lot for your help.
