I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid £50 for a hard drive that turned out to be incompatible with my laptop and didn’t even provide sufficient storage for my needs. I was also told that all of my data had been backed up, which simply isn’t true. After eventually accessing the hard drive (which required using a different laptop just to open it), I found that barely any of my data had actually been saved. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have agreed to pay the additional £50. As a result, I now have to spend even more money to purchase a suitable hard drive — something I should have done from the start instead of trusting this company. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend their services.

I can't thank Vlad enough for recovering my data from over a decade ago from an old Mac drive. Everyone, including the Mac store declined and said it would not be possible. Vlad was very professional, helpful and friendly, and very quick to sort it all. Thank you so very much.

Best man for pc repairs. He really went above and beyond to help me. He has a lot of knowledge and gave me a lot of information for my situation. Other people would not have helped me to this level. I suggest you only come here for anything pc related.

Had an external hard drive that wouldn’t open with 50 years of photos on it , supplied a new drive to Vlad and a day later everything had been recovered and put on the new drive . Great service and very reasonable cost . Highly recommend.

5 stars for vlad!! He upgraded my ROG ally X gaming handheld installing a 4TB ssd drive in there while also cloning the previous drive so all my data was on the new ssd drive without having to re download anything. I would highly recommend his service to others😎

I contacted Dr IT Services at 9am and enquired as to their ability to access a corrupted external drive and remove files from it for transfer to another drive - 'No problem at all. Bring it to our address and we'll do it on the spot for you.' I was advised. I called later that morning to advise I would be with them at 12:30 - 'No problem at all, we'll see you then.' I was advised. At 12:30, I arrive at the address for Dr IT Services (residential), I ring the bell, no answer. I knock the door, no answer. I repeat these steps seven times - NO ANSWER. I then call their contact number to find out what's going on, I find that my number is now blocked by them?! Not only have they made me make a completely wasted journey, but they've massively wasted my time too. Unprofessional, time-wasting amateurs who've cost me a day's work - AVOID!! (P.S I have to give a one star rating in order to allow this to post up - they aren't even worth one star!)

Dear Nick, I am sincerely sorry for the experience you had today. This is certainly not the level of service I strive for. I was in the office all day expecting you, but I unfortunately missed your arrival during a brief 10-minute break. I never heard the door, and I am genuinely puzzled and concerned about the phone connection issue, but I can assure you I did not block your number, and I suspect a local network drop or signal issue may have been the culprit. I value your time and feel terrible that you made the journey for nothing. I would love the chance to make this right and handle that drive for you personally. Please reach out again, or let me know how I can contact you to resolve this.

Edit: Checked phone logs and did not receive any phone calls between 10:41 and 13:52, my wife was not able to call my phone today and still can't (WhatsApp works) and just got 2 missed calls, but no ring. Will restart my phone, but I'm suspecting a network issue maybe due to weather. Apologies one more!

I took my old desktop PC in for repair after it had been in storage for a couple of years and wouldn’t output any display. Vlad was very professional and diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard, which unfortunately wasn’t fixable. He didn’t charge me anything and even offered to help me find a new PC. That level of honesty and customer service alone deserves five stars.

This place is my business and the location is correct as I'm self-employed and work from home. If you would've visited my website in past 5 weeks you'd been able to see the banner at the top that says (white font on red background at the very top of any page) "New computer and laptop repair bookings are unavailable this week. Urgent data recovery cases will still be accepted.". If you called me that day, then I apologise for not being able to pick up the phone as I was in hospital with my little kid.

Fantastic experience! I brought my dead HP laptop for diagnostic and was advised that motherboard need to be replaced. Not only he did super quick same day diagnostic, as I needed the laptop for work ASAP, he broke down all costs I would face and, also, checked that I still had an extended warranty on my laptop, which I didn't even know about. I was advised to contact HP and try to get it sorted. Just received my laptop form the warranty refurb, it was motherboard indeed. So, thank you, Vlad, very much for saving me quite a bit of money with your prompt work and advise. Especially appreciate it as nowadays business of any scale prefers to make money on customers rather than finding the most beneficial solution for the client.
