I had an incredible profhilo treatment with Dr Emma today and I can honestly say she went above and beyond from start to finish. Dr Emma is an exceptional professional — knowledgeable, caring, and truly passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain every step, tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout. My skin is glowing ! I couldn’t recommend Dr Emma and her team highly enough , super environment clean and fresh — a five-star experience in every way.
I love visiting this clinic. The interior presents beautifully and the staff are all perfectionists. The treatment and product list is amazing and I have been delighted with the after results in receiving both. Each treatment I've received so far is throughly explained to me and the aftercare is of equal measure.

Had an appointment with Dr Fionne Mc Donald ( menopause clinic ) at dr Emma’s clinic in newry. I was treated with a warm welcome from the minute I entered reception. Dr Fionne was very easy to talk to and several things were discussed and recommended. I left very satisfied going forward. Highly recommend to anyone with any menopausal issues.
I had a fantastic experience at Dr Emma Clinics. After a great consultation with Emma, I went on to have a skin peel and microneedling treatment with Amy, who was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable throughout, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Amy also helped me choose the most appropriate home care for my skin, which I really appreciated.
The clinic itself is gorgeous, with such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, and the front of house staff were lovely and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. I’m already looking forward to returning soon and would highly recommend Dr Emma Clinics to anyone considering skin treatments.
Everything is just average - I had microneedling with exosomes cost £450 even though most higher end clinics cost £350 - considering location is in a small Newry car park with salon not overly luxurious makes you wonder why its alot more than others.
Treatment was ok however Amy doesn't do her best to sell what she is meant to at clinic - for example I am still waiting on an email from her about question I had for BBL or if Pro-Frac might be better - I was a customer who wanted to get microneedling with exosomes , BBL done and lasers over the course of the year.
Seemed like she didn't really want me even having BBL - she said when you go out in the sun it will be appear again...I am well aware treatments need maintenance appointments especially BBL but was happy to do it regular.
Considering I am a customer who came in looking many appointments - no follow ups with emails and the impression she is only trying hard to sell the skin-care isn't vibe I am interested in. Not responding to customer is rude.
I will be going elsewhere for second microneedling and the BBL.

I went to Dr Emma after seeing reviews online and was not disappointed. The ladies at reception were so lovely and welcoming from the start and felt so comfortable, the clinic is fab. Had an initial consultation with Dr Emma to help determine the best treatment for my concerns. Dr Emma is so lovely and had a wealth of information and very friendly, I left feeling very informed and happy in my choices going ahead. I decided to have 3 sessions of bbl and was introduced to Amy who carried out my treatments. Amy made me feel comfortable throughout and explained each stage during treatment. Amy was very professional, friendly and I was blown away with the results!! they speak for themselves. I wish I had of done this years ago. I also got valuable information on how to care for my skin after treatment and a better skincare regime going forward to address any concerns I have. I left feeling more confident and its the best my skin has ever looked. I'm looking forward to going back to Dr Emmas Clinic for future treatments. Thanks soo much.
