DP Sewer and water solution are very professional and are very detailed. I had a quote from another company(Roto rooter) and it was upsetting. I called DP sewer and water solutions. Keeping in mind that I reside in Fayetteville and they came from the Gwinnett area. Saved me money and did excellent work. I will be recommending this company to anyone in my area.
DP Sewer and Water Solutions has been an absolute lifesaver during our kitchen remodel. They've expertly installed multiple faucets, fixtures, and appliances, handling every challenge with professionalism and skill.
What impressed me most was their willingness to go above and beyond, calling a European brand that required careful integration with our existing (read old!) plumbing system. The communication and problem-solving involved was extensive, and they handled it flawlessly, making sure that when the appliances arrived they were ready. Daniel has even been helping us troubleshoot an unrelated plumbing issue in another part of the house.
The quality of work is impeccable - clean, precise, and professional. But what really sets DP Sewer apart is the exceptional customer service. Daniel explained options clearly and patiently, making complex plumbing decisions easy to understand for someone like me (very limited plumbing knowledge). They always clean up after themselves and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
The flexibility and creativity have been remarkable. From adapting a filter to work with a fixture I preferred, to installing an electric faucet before we had kitchen electricity (then returning to complete the hookup later), to installing everything from a dishwasher and steam oven to an ice maker and multiple refrigerators - nothing has been too complicated or inconvenient.
Perhaps most telling: when I changed my mind on fixture colors less than 24 hours before installation, they remained kind, understanding, and accommodating.
DP Sewer and Water Solutions is now my go-to plumber for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency sewer backup and DP Sewer & Water Solutions came out right away. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced.
Not only did they address the immediate backup issue, but during the process they discovered that my home’s water pressure was dangerously high. They took the time to explain what that meant and how it could have caused serious damage to my water heater and plumbing lines if left unchecked. They then properly reduced the pressure on the spot to protect my system and prevent future problems.
What really stood out was that they didn’t just fix the obvious issue and leave, they looked at the whole system, explained everything clearly, and focused on preventing bigger (and more expensive) problems down the road. That level of care and attention is rare.

My technician Gabe was knowledgeable and courteous. He repaired my toilet flange with a new one and a new wax ring. The invoice was $581, for which I could have bought a NEW toilet from Lowe’s or Home Depot and had it installed. I am disabled Viet Nam Vet. I was terribly disappointed in the billing. I understand the technicians are paid on COMMISSION which explains my disappointment. I would not use them again due to this.

Daniel fixed an issue caused by another plumbing company, so alot of headache was saved. Ran me through all the issues straightforward and got it done.

I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough! When my downstairs toilet started overflowing, I was stressed and unsure of what to do. Daniel consistently updated his eta and arrived, diagnosed the issue as a main line stoppage likely caused by roots, and snaked the line. He advised that it would be a temporary solution, and advised me of what needed to be done moving forward. Sure enough, within a couple of weeks the toilet completely backed up when I was doing laundry. Daniel showed up bright and early the next morning to save the day! He not only unplugged the stoppage but explained the financing options to completely remediate the problem. He got me scheduled as soon as he could. Daniel went above and beyond by running a camera to identify the ROOT cause of the problem. ;)
When it turned out that the sewer line needed to be replaced, he handled everything with professionalism and expertise. He broke up the driveway, replaced the sewer line, and even repaved the driveway, leaving everything in perfect condition.
