Dr. Cheng is so thorough in asking questions regarding my pain, and helps & refers me to options that can help relieve my pain. His bed side manner is so pleasant, and listens to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. I also want to give kudos to Amber at the front desk. She is so sweet and welcomes you with sush a sweet smile.
Dr Cheng is a wonderful, caring doctor. He never rushes me or pushes me into a procedure. He understands it takes me a while to process his recommendations; do my independent research before proceeding. He knows how to adjust his communication style to his patients. This is so rare. I wish he was my PCP!
If I may make one suggestion. Forgive me but hire someone to wash your windows weekly. Dirty windows don’t give a good first impression when entering the front door of any business but especially a medical facility. It should be spotless.
Need to retrain front desk personal and dr Patel is not professional at all she over talks you and she don’t listen to what you say but yet questions you who told you that you can’t take this med and Dr Patel needs to retrain on her medicine before she is able to prescribe them to someone that can’t take them and she has been told multiple times
Dr Chemg is amazing. I have had back problems, several surgeries and pain for years. Over the years I have been to other pain management doctors. After about 5 years of roughing it out and being in bad shape I had my family doctor refer me to Dr Cheng.it has been 3 month and I have had amazing results from the second spinal injection I am in the best shape I have been in years. I am able to do things that I couldn’t do without pain. I highly recommended Dr Cheng if you want results.
Dr. David Cheng is an amazing Dr. He is friendly, explains what he is going to do to you and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I have back pain and I highly recommend going to see him at Dallas Pain Institute. Dr. Cheng is the best you only want to see the best and he’s it!
Have a fantastic visit with Dr David Cheng every time I go see him. Keeps me up to date on my pain levels and the amt of pain pills I take, which works well for me.
Have no complaint with the office staff, all very friendly. Need help with pain in your back? This is the place to go and if it’s bad and you need additional help, Dr Cheng can tell you about the Spinal Cord System
Dr. David Cheng is great and was able to treat me like I needed.

His staff on the other hand make you not want to come back. Brittany at the front desk is the worse. She absolutely hates her job and takes it out on the patients. She is not kind or patient. She belittles you if you can’t find your insurance card and makes disgusted faces the entire time. She treats you like you don’t matter.
