Aki's towing gave me a price IN WRITING after I asked for it. I agreed. My vehicle was towed on a dolly as we agreed. I recommend this towing business. Btw: other local towing businesses REFUSED to give me a price in writing; be suspicious of a towing business that refuses because you might very well be charged " additional costs/fees" and they hold your vehicle hostage until you pay, this happened to me before. I RECOMMEND AKI's TOWING !!
Money hungry! Quoted me a price over the phone but when I went 2 pick up my vehicle which was only 10 mins later was quoted a more expensive price!!! Not recommended!!!

First of all ma’am your vehicle was impounded because it didn’t have a tag… let’s start there… all impounds start at $250 for the initial tow away and go up $50 a day… we only charged you $180 to help you and your son out… so where was the money hungry part?

These people r money hungry! They tow 1st & ask questions later! They towed my car then quoted me a price 2 get it outta pound but demanded more money when I went 2 pick up my vehicle

Ma’am prior to your arrival you said that you had $165 in cash and the rest on a card($15) $180 total for an impounded vehicle which is $250 for the initial tow away and $50 a day storage fee… your vehicle was there for 2 days which is $300 and we released it for $180 to help you and your son out… so where is the money hungry part?
After my cars fuel pump went out, I was stranded in Dover, which is about an hour and a half away from home. I called 2 different towing agencies, who not only quoted me over $250 (distance to be towed was under 2 mi), but also said it was going to take over an hour and a half to get there.
I called Aki allied, which is an individually owned small business. His quote was more than half the price of the other companies, and he was there in about 20 minutes. Very professional, very respectful, and also very knowledgeable, giving me information about the area that I didn't know much about.
He even went over and beyond and hooked me up to help push my own business by introducing me to a new customer. I hope I don't get stranded again, but if I do, and I'm in his area, you know for a fact I'll be using him or referring him every single time.
Highly recommend! We live in Laurel, DE and had to have our car towed from Dover, DE. We had no idea who to call. Based on the ratings, we called Aki’s Allied. He said he would meet us in 15 minutes, but was there in 10! Gave us a fair price to have our car towed to Laurel. Awesome service, super quick delivery, polite, and efficient!! Would definitely call again if needed.
