I was recommended by a mechanic in Bromley. I knew I was looking an extensive work on my vehicle. I agreed to the quote and took my car in on Monday and picked it up this morning. The work was done to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this garage if you need work done or just an MOT or service. Ben the owner is what you call a professional, very polite and friendly.

Amazing! I took my car in for an estimate without needing an appointment, they had emailed me everything I needed within the hour and I confirmed a booking the next morning. I was told it would take 4-5 days to replace my passenger side wing and colour match but they did it in a day! Called me as soon as it was done and when I went to collect I noticed they even removed some paint transfer on a different part of the car without me asking. The efficiency and communication is unmatched, I’m so pleased with the results and will definitely be using them again

Excellent repair of damaged bodywork with competitive quote! They gave me a replacement car for a week. On collection of the car it felt like I was driving out with a brand new one as the work was done to a very high standard. I could not fault the service here at all! Also a friendly cat frequents this garage!

They are cheating, be careful and ask or record if needed before give your vehicle to them. I called to book full service for my wife car when the notice Drivetrain. I drive car to the shop and ask tell the old guy (I knew after is the father) help me to solve the drivetrain issue only/ my wife car just serviced from his shop, as the report I dont have to do full service now. When I came to collect my car he did not solve the Drivetrain but do small service Kit and charged me. His son told me I can not change from Full service to solve the drivetrain only but he did small service without asking me. They try to find reasons to protect themselves and totally dont not care about customer's problem. Hope that my experience is value for you Thank you!

We are sorry you were disappointed by our service, but confused as both dates and facts seem at odds with our own records.

You were very aware that your car was last serviced in April 2021 when you called to book it in for the annual service, but your complaint would indicate otherwise. We have records to show it was 4th April 2021.

We agreed a full service for the booking, but on arrival on 28th April 2022, you verbally changed this to a small service and asked that we investigate the EML light that had appeared. The small service was perfectly logical given the year between your services and the mileage done, and we were happy to accommodate this.

We ran the EML diagnostics, and as we could not rectify the issue we waved the diagnostic charge and advised you to go directly to BMW. The drivetrain is a well known fault and often software rather than mechanically driven. It can also escalate in costs very quickly without the relevant experience of the manufacturer.

In addition we also informed you that one of your front tyres was worn beyond the legal limit and the other would need to be replaced very soon, but due to the low profile we recommended you take them to a tyre specialist.

We hope that our response shows we do not cheat our customers, and as a family business we will only do what is right for them. We pride ourselves on our honesty, and whilst we understand your frustration at the EML issue being referred, it was the correct course of action to minimise your costs, and we did not charge you for the diagnostic as we didn’t resolve it, which we felt was fair.

Good at problem solving! They diagnosed and repaired the cause of my car's MoT-failing emissions readings. I was very pleased with their work and they are nice people too!

Repaired my wing mirror and indicator light to a brand new standard. Finished the work within the hour! They even managed to use parts of my wing mirror that weren’t damaged to save a big expense! Honest, friendly and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Worst service i ever got. Just rip off. They had no clue whats wrong with car. In the end gave me bill of 310 pounds with the car in the same condition.

Double Dee Autos have been brilliant. They came to collect our poorly car when it wasn't possible to drive it to the garage, were very friendly, and kept me updated on how much things would cost. Unfortunately it turned out not to be worth repairing on this occasion (very old banger with a broken clutch and flywheel), but the garage put us in touch with someone who would buy the vehicle for scrap. I will definitely be coming back when I have a new car needing a service!

I had my MOT done by these guys twice now, they always manage to squeeze you in somehow and do a good job. They even gave my car a little clean... Really nice guys- don’t try and oversell you anything... Will deffo go again

I have been using this garage for approximately 15 years for business and personal vehicles. The costs have always been discussed with me prior to any works being carried out. The staff have always been polite and friendly and on the few occasions when I have had to wait a little while I have been offered a chair and coffee. Excellent service and definitely worth 5 stars.
