After reaching out to a few tree service companies, nobody would return calls and one company failed to show up when they were suppose to.
Dot Palm was a completely different experience! From excellent customer service to arriving on time and getting the job completed, this company exceeded my expectations. Josh was outstanding with communication and was able to answer questions that I had.
If you’re looking for a reliable and professional tree service then Dot Palm is the company to call! I’ll definitely be using their services again and will suggest them to everyone that needs a recommendation for tree removal or trimming. Don’t waste your time with the other companies

Dot Palm’s communication was timely, and they were very patient with my questions. The workers who came to the house were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our property by leaving the yard clean of debris. They cleaned our coconut tree, and removed for us two very tall palms that were encroaching our fence. I definitely recommend them for any yard’s needs, big or small.

Josh called me back quickly after I left a voicemail requesting service. He was very responsive, courteous and fair with pricing. The crew showed up on time and completely prepared for the job.
Noah and Dan took the time to answer my questions and concerns and preceded to exceed my expectations throughout the entire process. They even explained the process and gave recommendations to ensure the health and longevity for my gumbos.
The service was so exceptional, I asked if they could remove a palm tree and perform pre-hurricane pruning at a third property and they willingly squeezed it in the day.
They don’t just prune or cut down trees, they cleaned up the service area completely leaving no leaves, small branches or debris of any kind behind.
I’m looking forward to working with them in the future since they also offer landscaping, property maintenance and planting of trees and shrubs.
