From start to finish everyone at Door Warehouse has been excellent. Tim was so helpful from the begining, especially advising on some of our more awkward doors, putting up with our inability to make a decision and making several changes, and generally arranging everything.
John and Pete fit 18 doors over two days and I havent got a bad word to say. Both were so friendly and professional. They did an absolutely outstanding job on the doors, checking in here and there to keep us updated. They also cleaned up after themselves constantly, bonus!
The finished doors look absolutely incredible, they are fitted so perfectly, and the quality is top tier.
I couldn't be happier with this whole job overall. I will definitely reccomend them to anyone.

We've just had our 6 new doors fitted and I must say we're extremely happy! The whole experience from start to finish has been fantastic, from the advice we had when choosing the doors to the final fitting. The quality of the doors is excellent and when the fitters arrived, they were excellent, friendly, polite, very efficient and quick workers and they put sheets down to keep our floors clean. When they finished they even hoovered and cleaned up too. I would highly recommend the Door Warehouse, you get both quality and great service.

I needed a replacement part for a door I bought from Door Warehouse a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the manufacturer has since gone into administration. Dan went out of his way to track down the part, despite no obligation to do so, other than to deliver excellent customer service. When I went to collect it Tim and Joe couldn’t have been more pleasant too. What a friendly team who genuinely care about their customers.
The Door Warehouse are absolutely brilliant. We ordered our door from Joe who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We even decided to change the colour before the final order confirmation and nothing was too much bother. The price and fitting was also very reasonable.
The fitter, John M, who came to fit the door was also absolutely brilliant, he arrived on time, was professional, clean and tidy in his work.
In short I would 100% recommend the Door Warehouse. Thanks Guys!
Recently had a front door fitted by Door Warehouse. From the initial enquiry through to installation, we were very impressed. Our door is absolutely stunning. We are having an extensive renovation of our house done and one of the aspects was to have the stair flight and banisters replaced. People at the warehouse were very helpful with advice and ordering. Despite a couple of minor issues with the initial work, everything was sorted and we are happy with the final outcome. John who did the fitting made an excellent job being very attentive and helpful in dealing with points of concern.

Absolutely thrilled with our new doors. Can't fault the service, the guys were very helpful from choosing in the show room to ordering . Great advice , and so refreshing to have a person answer the phone any time you ring and I was never kept waiting. Dealt with Joe , Dan and Matt, all the guys were always happy to answer any questions and kept us updated.
Had 7 doors , one still being made bespoke but the rest have been expertly fitted by John and Pete. They were respectful of our home , very clean and tidy and did a first class Job fitting the doors.
Being an old cottage none of the frames made for a straight forward fitting. So we were a bit anxious about how they would look. However John and Pete made our doors fit beautifully and were a pleasure to have working in the house.

Went in young guy was serving some people. Elder man sat at desk no interest in me at all. I asked younger guy anyone else to serve he said colleague is free sat at desk! Eventually elder guy came out. He really had absolutely no interest spoke to me rude kept interrupting me. Won't be buying from there awful customer experience just give you an insite in to their after customer care 😳 avoid better places to go.
Add show room only had 1 couple in when I was there and they were in with the young guy being dealt with the older guy was not with anyone he saw me ignored me carried on with his lap top!!

The Door Warehouse had an excellent choice of doors and the service was excellent. Everything was great, from the assistance provided when choosing the doors to the actual installation - wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.
Excellent service ,once ordered my door they stored them for a couple of weeks till I was ready for them, well rapped and protected. After care service is exceptional needed more hingers arrived next day. Highly recommended.
We would highly recommend Door Warehouse. Their customer service was second to none. All the Staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was great to be able to see the doors before we bought . They were extremely competitive on price coupled with great customer service and delivery we were extremely happy .
