Reported a fault with the closing of my electric gates and was dealt very efficiently. The Engineer was on time and had the gates working normally in no time. He explained what the fault was and what had been done to rectify the fault. I was very happy with the service I received and at a fair price.

I recently had a garage door fitted and I’m very pleased with the whole experience. From the first visit by Simon, through to the communication regarding the quote and the installation itself, everything went very smoothly.
The process was fully transparent and professional throughout. The door was fitted without any issues, and the quality of the work was excellent.

I was referred to Mark and his team by another vendor I bought a remote from. Even though I hadn't bought the product from Mark, he still spent the time diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution.
I ordered the items he suggested and ta-da...magic! I can't recommend Mark and his team enough for their outstanding customer service. It's rare to experience service like this.

I contacted the company through a link from a Google search, and we quickly established that (unfortunately) we are not in a region that they cover. I say unfortunately, because they could not have been more helpful! Despite knowing they were not going to get any business, Mark was ever so friendly and gave me incredibly detailed and helpful advice. I could not have asked for more. And this was all at about 8 pm on a Tuesday evening. He also offered to provide more help if I required it. Under the circumstances, I couldn't have asked for more. I would wholeheartedly recommend you contact this company if they are an option for you to use. I wish we were able to get them to do the work for us!

Fantastic company to deal with. Friendly, efficient and excellent service. Was unable to open and close my electric garage door with the remote. A friendly honest engineer was sent within a couple of days of my initial enquiry and carried out troubleshooting and reprogrammed the unit and remote. Was quoted a very reasonable call out charge with no hidden fees. Very happy customer. Would recommend to anyone wanting repairs and servicing to their garage door.

A great gate company as far as I'm concerned. I was after a very specific product to replace a broken motor on one gate leaf and the Garage Door and Gate Company were the cheapest I found. The communication was excellent (I received a call to inform me of a minor cosmetic change) and delivery was super fast. Highly recommend!

Would deffo recommend this company. My Father's Garage roller door had stopped working. A lovely Gent called Simon arrived promptly to check out the problem. I was expecting to have to replace the motor at the very least. As the roller door is probably over 25 years old now, I half expected to be given the hard sell on buying a complete new roller door. However, Simon actually stripped down the motor to see exactly was going on. All the while explaining exactly what he was doing and why. After finding the problem was only a relay switch, he promptly replaced it and the door works like a dream. 5 * for Simon and Door and Gate.

They fitted our electric garage door a few years ago and were extremely helpful when I needed a replacement remote unit, directing me to the site from which I could buy a replacement and putting me in touch with Mark who very kindly explained how to pair the new unit to the garage door motor. Excellent service from the visit by Simon to assess and quote, through booking the date for the job with Petra, and the installation today by Lukas. All issues were discussed with me by Lukas who made sure I was happy with things.
