predatory membership fees DoNotPay helped me get a refund for a trip that was canceled but then proceeded to charge me a $35 membership fee multiple times a year. When I canceled my membership and asked for a refund they stopped communicating.

Fraudulent Actions By This Company. Partial refund given. I contact support. Even send over my bank transaction addressed to me from donotpay. I am still owed 5$. I leave review on trustpilot. Lead to believe full refund imminent. Just trickery. Didn't get my remaining 5 dollars. Now support person Quinn gone back into hiding. Even came day I contacted company ceo; not once, but twice! At this company no accountability whatsoever. Buyer beware.
