The massage by Josh and sauna/cold plunge were great, but the customer service and organization needs improvement.
I was told to park inside the deck at Ponce, and validate my parking inside the spa (which I did). Since my appointment was longer than the 90-minute validation term, I asked if that would be an issue and was assured by Z that it wouldn’t because it “lets them know you’re with us.” Unfortunately, I returned to the attached parking citation. I would have gladly paid for parking if I’d been given accurate information.
I also received conflicting information about using a gift certificate. The services were gifted to me via a directly purchased gift certificate. Staff gave different answers about whether it could be used, whether gratuity was included, and even quoted a higher price when using the gift certificate than if I paid out of pocket. It took way too much back and forth to get a clear answer. That pricing inconsistency also felt misleading and made the whole process confusing.
The services themselves were enjoyable, but better staff training would make for a much better overall experience.
Do you want to be out $1050? IF not, dont go here! If I could give zero stars I would. I had a membership at DND for several months. Other than the little black hairs floating in the cold plunge, I mostly enjoyed my membership. My last visit was in mid-October. I found it difficult to keep up with the weekly visits so I called to inquire about other packages that would fit my schedule. Unfortunately, there were no options therefore I requested to cancel my membership. Th employee did not relay that I had to cancel via email or on website, I was given the impression my membership was discontinued. I realized 6 months later I was still getting charged. I called, called again, walked in, called again, and again. Never got a call back from the owner "Brandon Chubb" until July. Only to tell me they will only reimburse a portion of the mistaken charges. I let them know I would not be happy unless I was reimbursed the full 6 months and that I plan to wright a review stating the facts. They then decided I would get zero reimbursement. Which means they do not put the customer first. DND will not correct their mistakes. You can get a gym membership with cold plunge and sauna for about 20% of the cost of DND. Why pay a premium of $175/month) if you dont get premium service? This place is a 100% no-go!

Nice atmosphere and good vibes from staff. Loved the sauna room the heat definitely was alive and so was the cold plunge. The tub worked as it shoukd
One bathroom in the whole place kind of killed the vibe a bit. I chugged as much water as I could but restroom runs were killing time.
Would appreciate more grab bars around the tub and room. Feel like too much confidence can lead to a bad accident.
Would also like a water fountain inside the room with you.
I guess you can sum up my experience as not fully prepared.

I’ve gotten hundreds of deep tissue massages in my life and no one has ever given me a better massage than Josh did. Zaria also took great care of me. This was hands-down, the greatest Father’s Day gift I’ve ever received. Thanks y’all

it was an amazing experience, we did it as a group with all 3 of my adult children, my husband and my sister. It was for my daughter's 30th birthday, and when we were done everyone felt like it was their birthday! Highly recommend. Reasonable pricing also

this was an amazing experience i walked in and immediately felt like i was surrounded with piece . my massage was with Josh who i would get again . i have a lot of stress around my back and shoulders which he seemed to notice and concentrated on . the ambiance is everything all your senses will be in a place of relaxation in the establishment

The energy was great from my first step in the door. Zaria at the front desk gave me a warm welcome and helped me navigate my first visit. Cedric was great massage therapist. I left feeling like a brand new person. Facilities were clean, beautiful, and smelled really good. Definitely going back!

I strongly suggest giving this place a try. This place was incredible, immaculately clean and really tranquil. The sport message was incredible as a weight lifter and an Ariel Arts enthusiast it was exactly what was needed. It’s an excellent addition to the neighborhood.

I visited Do Not Disturb for the first time today and it was genuinely a restorative experience. From the excellent customer service and hospitality from Emmanuela to the service itself, I can’t recommend this wellness experience enough. I tried the red light therapy session today but I can’t wait to book a contrast therapy session soon. 10/10 recommend.

I visited this facility for the first time a week ago. Upon arrival, the girl in the front did not greet me or showed me the facility. After telling her I had an appointment she simply said "just sit and wait" and pointed me to a cluttered waiting area and then just disappeared. No drinks, tea or anything was offered and I felt instantly unwelcome.
The massage I received was also disappointing unfortunately.
I requested medium/firm pressure, but the therapist relied almost entirely on elbows and forearms with excessive force, which became uncomfortable rather than therapeutic. He didn't check in with me during my massage and it just felt like he was moving through the motions.
The contrast therapy portion was better and the staff member (Zaria I think) was kind and professional, but overall the amenities and experience felt lacking. Only one towel was provided for sauna, plunge and shower use, and there were none of the small hospitality touches commonly offered at comparable wellness spaces (additional towels, deodorant, lotions, mouthwash etc.).
One comment that particularly stood out was being told to shower before the plunge because other guests sometimes leave it "cloudy" and then it has to be drained and cleaned..umm are you not supposed to clean it after every customer anyway?!
To make matters worse, the customer manager, Mario, called afterward to apologize and offered both a complimentary session and a full refund. However, a week later, even after following up with him myself, I still had not received the refund and ultimately had to resolve it through Groupon. Thankfully, they immediately processed the refund after agreeing that the situation was unacceptable.
This place is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Great for a date day or just a day to get revived on life. Private rooms are awesome for cold plunge and sauna alone or with your partner.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Do Not Disturb. The ambiance was impeccable — relaxing, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge, and the Normatec leg compression device, which made the experience feel both rejuvenating and restorative.
While there was a minor issue during our visit, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Emmanuela handled the situation beautifully, took complete ownership of the mistake, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the process.
