Their customer service is consistently excellent, and the mother-daughter duo are incredibly knowledgeable and always helpful. The staff are always extremely helpful, taking the time to clearly write out all instructions in an "idiot proof" way. Also, if your pool doesn't need anything, they will tell you that and not try to sell you something anyway. I really trust Jessie and Diane! John has an amazing level of knowledge and experience with pools. I had a sporadic problem for 2 years that no one else could solve (other than trying to sell me a new pump I didn't need). It is John's busiest time of the year, but I emailed him and he took the time to help me troubleshoot and finally diagnose and resolve the problem. He would sometimes send a reply at 10:30 at night! (That is dedication to customer satisfaction! ) Now, after 2 years of problems, my pool is running like new again. Thank you John!

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Done Right. The girls have helped me with everything with balancing my pool water to John opening and closing the pool each season. Diane and Jessica are knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to explain the right steps and chemicals to use so I don’t feel overwhelmed. Their advice has saved me time, money, and frustration, and the pool has never looked better. Friendly service, fair prices, and a team that really knows what they’re doing—highly recommend them for all your pools needs.

The best... from Jessica and Diane at the front (testing water, making recommendations and walking you thru the ins-and-outs of pool maintenance to John, providing installations, liner replacements, repairs, openings and closings. A full service pool store that's local and family owned! Can't say enough about them! Btw it's "Done RIGHT' NOT 'Done BETTER.' Don't get confused and make that big mistake.

Folks, this is truly a family run business that will NOT disappoint. I was impressed the moment I walked in and they knew the names of their customers! My pool was a mess with leaves from the fall and cloudiness. I was working with another pool store and after weeks of no improvement, I sought out DONE RIGHT POOLS. Only 3 days after following their instructions, I had a crystal clear pool. They are KNOWLEDGEABLE, kind, and just downright awesome people. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars 🌟

Local, small business, family owned andore the forecast was going to be hot and sunny for several days in a row (so the algae didn't bloom) and what a difference!! You are going to for chemicals than at Walmart or Oceanstate, but the quality is so much better and it's going to be right the first time! You are not going to find a better pool store anywhere!!
