I contacted Done By Dar at the end of March after our backyard irrigation system was damaged during tree work and remodeling. We had multiple broken lines, faulty valves, and several sprinkler heads that were not functioning properly. In addition, our irrigation pump had cracked during the unusually cold winter.
Dar and his team did an outstanding job. They replaced the pump, repaired all damaged and non-functioning zones, and also relocated and added sprinkler heads to improve overall coverage. Throughout the project, Dar and his crew were courteous, punctual, and highly professional.
What stood out most was their commitment to completing the job properly — they even returned on Sunday to finish work they were unable to complete on Saturday.
We are extremely happy with the quality of their work, and their pricing was very fair. Having used several irrigation companies in the Jacksonville Beach area over the years, I can confidently say that Done By Dar has been the best experience by far!
DAR irrigation is the best!! They were able to schedule my irrigation shortly after I contacted them and did work on both my irrigation pump and sprinklers. I will use them next time.

Very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of communication. Im a recent widow with no knowledge of how pumps work. I feel after i spent close to a thousand dollars, I was left with constant issues that were left unresolved or not explained. After seeking a second opinion, i was met with hostility and told my warranty was voided. All i want is for the pump to work and for the issues to be resolved. I find it difficult to navigate this problem and am completely frustrated with how this was handled.

However, as stated before, DoneByDar, LLC does not and can not offer a warranty for a product that a homeowner and or their "yardman" causes damage to. The responsibility for the damage to the pump falls on your (yardman/relative) whom left it in a "dry run state" for several days, after he attempted to clear the sand filter.

Dar is very responsive and easy to schedule services with. He is willing to go above and beyond to teach you about your irrigation system and do things the right way. Very knowledgeable in these systems and has exceptional communication. I will be using him for any future needs again and again.

Kenneth was very pleasant, polite & extremely knowledgeable & thorough. He had our system repaired, up & running in a couple hours. I highly recommend this company!!!!!
