Finally figured out what was wrong with our invisible dog fence. The mediacom fiber optics people cut our wire, didn't tell us, did a half ass fix with duct tape and a utility flag and then buried it. Jake the Owner of DogWatch came out, found the problem, and fixed it properly for us. I highly recommend them if you're looking to get your invincible fence fixed or a new one installed.
I had Jake out to my house this week to get my dog fence repaired. He did a great job figuring out where their was a damaged wire. We are so relieved to have it up and running again. They are busy, but for a reason. They do great work! I was quoted a price to repair my fence, but there were a couple more issues that needed to be corrected. I expected a higher charge, but they stuck with their word on the original quote. Very nice and professional. Definitely recommend!

Hands down a company worth using for your in-ground dog fence. They are great to work with and quick to respond to any issue. I’ve broken my fence several times doing yard work and they are ALWAYS quick to help find and fix the break! We’ve got the same system in 3 locations so it’s always easy to bring our dogs to the in-laws or the cabin! I’ve even had an issue with a collar and they worked with me on a holiday weekend to get me a replacement so I could take it to our cabin for a worry free weekend. Great people and a great product!
