When purchasing our house with 3 acres, we knew we would need to install an in-ground fence for our 3 female golden retrievers. I had been referred to DogWatch from a friend and previous customer who spoke incredibly highly about them. Someone reached out to me very quickly after I sent an email via their website and we set up a meeting. The free consultation was easy and best of all, pressure free! My concerns were listened to attentively and suggestions were made to me when I asked opinions for unknown things, such as how to address the part of the property that is a lake. At no point did I feel like I HAD to say yes or buy the highest priced package. I was educated throughly, and having been extremely concerned about the potential cruelty of shocking, DogWatch’s free unlimited training made me feel extremely confident in teaching my dogs about the fence line and eased my concerns by not just throwing them out the door and shocking their fur off. Even the price quote felt pressure free and actually (thankfully) was lower than I was expecting it to be. The installation was quick and they were kind and respectful to both our property and to us. The trainers were wonderful. They were easy to understand and communicate with, and great with our doggos and us. Never once did I get the feeling of annoyance or being condescending, they were genuine and very well versed. My girls learned the line quickly and effectively and by day 7 they knew exactly where they couldn’t cross. Anyone who was thinking about installing an in-ground dog fence and unsure, I would say to not hesitate at all and refer them to DogWatch. You won’t regret it!

Jason personally came out to discuss what we were looking for regarding invisible fencing. He not only explained the difference in the system options but also the different boundaries options. He explained a better option then what we had in mind without a cost difference. Then on the day of installation it was quick and the installer took the time and had patience to find the right fit of collars for all three of my dogs. The next time we met was with the trainer. Her technique and explanations taught us how to teach our dogs to understand their boundaries without getting shocked or punished. Less then a month later my dogs and I can play outside with out me worrying that they are going to run through the fence. It’s really given my husband and I relief but more so the peace of mind to really enjoy our outdoor time with our dogs.

Can’t say enough good about Jason and Dog Watch! We installed our fence about 16 years ago and am just starting to train our 4th dog with the system. Any issue we have ever had have always been resolved quickly. Customer service is the best!

Friendly and very informative staff! Scheduling, installation and training all went very smooth. Pups are loving their freedom and we feel very comfortable letting them run free on our property. They caught on quickly to their training and learned boundaries in no time.
