Highly professional and competent service🙏Due to our location at a hotel on Phi Phi, which is only accessible by boat, the medical team travelled by sea to reach us. We were in continuous contact with them throughout the entire journey until their arrival. The doctors and nurses demonstrated strong clinical expertise combined with a very child-centred and compassionate approach. They were attentive, patient, and reassuring, creating a calm and safe environment for our child. We felt well informed and confident in the care provided.

I had an emergency visit after being bitten by a monkey, and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the clinic.
The medical staff acted quickly and followed international (WHO) guidelines very carefully. The doctor clearly explained the risks and the treatment plan, including wound care, rabies vaccination, immunoglobulin, and preventive medication.
Everything was handled efficiently, calmly, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish.

Будьте осторожны обращаясь в эту клинику. После укуса обезьяны мы обратились ко врачу, прием стоит 1000 Батт, цены на лечение сказали озвучат после осмотра. Хорошо. Врач посмотрела укус и начала перечислять необходимые процедуры, включая прививку от бешенства, обработку раны, прививку амоксицилина и бустер. Озвучила первую цену 45.000 Батт, дальше цена снижалась, так как мы не имели возможности отдать такую сумму. Врач и сотрудники не объясняли ничего, они приходили- уходили на ресепшн, пересчитывали вместе и возвращались с новой ценой- ниже предыдущей. Информация для вас: прививка от бешенства стоит 1400, прием 1000 Батт, комиссия клиники 500 Батт, оплата услуг медсестры 600 Батт. В итоге мы отдали 3500 Батт, рану не обработали, поставили только прививку, наклеили паспорт и отпустили. Делайте выводы сами.
