These guys are the absolute best in the business. Extremely professional, very reliable and were able to install my 40k lb lift without skipping a beat. I’d recommend them to anyone!! Chad, Dillan, Frank and Mike are total pros! They even came to help setup my boat on a weekend and provided additional support after 5pm to accommodate my schedule. Super great to work with!!

I contracted with Dock Experts in Pompano Beach, FL, to raise my sea wall, remove my boat lift, and extract both the old wooden pilings and previously cut-off pilings that were left in the water. Although the project is still underway, the communication, professionalism, and quality of work I have experienced so far have been nothing short of exceptional.
My initial point of contact was Parker Morris, a salesperson for Dock Experts, who proved to be one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals I have encountered regarding sea wall and dock construction. His extensive knowledge base and thorough approach were highly impressive. A significant factor in my decision to hire them was discovering that Dock Experts houses their own engineering, permitting, and construction departments all under one roof, which streamlines the entire process.
Communication throughout the project has been outstanding. Parker consistently kept me updated and informed. Whenever I had a question or query, he was always available to answer a phone call or text message. Once the permitting phase was complete, I met Robby Bushman, the head of construction. He visited my property to conduct a thorough inspection and survey. Like Parker, Robby is highly responsive to calls and texts. What stood out to me was his statement that he "loves to over-communicate." For a project of this scale and cost—which is significant for me—that level of communication is exactly what a homeowner wants.
When the construction phase began, the barge arrived to remove the old lift and pilings. They then installed new, eco-friendly pilings that are not made of wood. These advanced pilings will last significantly longer without the need for wrapping, avoiding the slow degradation typical of traditional materials.
Last week, the forming crew, led by Jamie, arrived and constructed an incredibly impressive set of forms. They were slow, methodical, and constantly utilized lasers and levels to ensure everything was perfectly straight and aligned. Furthermore, Jamie and his crew were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional, which added to the positive experience.
On the day of the concrete pour, a full crew arrived along with TJ, the on-site supervisor. He introduced himself and assured me his role was to guarantee everything was executed correctly. As an airline pilot, I was absolutely blown away by what he showed me next: a comprehensive, full-page checklist. He explained that no concrete is poured until he thoroughly inspects the forms, the rebar, and all other elements against this checklist to ensure everything is perfect. Simultaneously, Robby arrived on-site to provide a secondary inspection, ensuring his own eyes were on the project before the pour commenced.
Needless to say, the pour was executed perfectly, and the resulting concrete finish is immaculate. That brings us to the current state of the project, with the next steps being the removal of the forms and the final completion of the dock.
Dock Experts could not have chosen a more fitting company name, as they truly epitomize professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their work and their clients.
Dock Experts by far has been the best company and experience we have had since moving to Florida. The young men, that constructed our new seawall, huge dock and boat house were such a pleasure. They were so professional and polite that I even made them chocolate chip cookies, twice. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'd like to call them out because this is who you want building your walls and docks.

Mark and Brandon came out to refit my lift and put wraps on my pylons. They were here when they said they would be and they were very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I am very happy with their workmanship. Highly recommend.

I am extremely appalled to witness the behavior of one of your staff who visited a restaurant a few days ago with his dog. The yelling and intimidation, conduct, threats and aggressive behavior and posture towards another patron/customer was unacceptable. Your staff need to be encouraged to respect others; and perhaps encourage them to go to counseling for their anger management to learn how to act in a public setting/atmosphere. This entire ordeal could have gone the wrong way, god only knows how this could have turned out if the patron would have engaged. I am in shock !!

The representative/owner of this business is EXTREMELY rude. My boyfriend and I went to a small eatery and while enjoying our dinner, this guy walks in with his dog in tow. As they approached the table next to us, his dog (natural instinct with the smell of food) stuck his nose to my food. My boyfriend said "no" to the dog and then this guy turned around to see what was going on. When he realized what had happened, he laughed as if to "laugh off" the behavior of his dog. He did softly apologize, but this is totally not acceptable behavior in a restaurant where people are trying to enjoy their meal. My boyfriend muttered "that was f----- up" and the guy turned back around and said "EXCUSE ME?". My boyfriend tried to ignore him, but then he got louder and came back again with "I SAID EXCUSE ME?". So my boyfriend said "I said it was f----- up, you brought your dog inside of an eatery that clearly has ample outdoor seating, and then you let him sniff our food?" Then this guy yells, "DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT?" "DO YOU WANT TO TAKE IT OUTSIDE, LET'S GO". My boyfriend told him again that it was messed up that he brought his dog inside and clearly should have stayed at the outside seating area since he insisted on bringing your dog to a public eating establishment for his own satisfaction. At this point the guy YELLED on the top of his lungs while pointing his finger at my boyfriend, "YOU JUST SHUT THE FU-- UP!" At this point the whole restaurant got instantly quiet and were directing their attention to our table which was very embarrassing and for what, because we were just trying to enjoy a meal in peace? When the guy sat down at his table, he shoved the big dog under his table and forced it to sit there (for his own gratification) for the entire time he enjoyed himself with a table full of people. Clearly his dog was not having the time of his life like his owner was. Bringing your dog to an eating establishment is not fun for your dog. A dog's sense of smell is 1000x greater than ours and to bring them to an establishment to torture their sense of smell is a complete injustice to the dog. And then shove them under the table to sit there on the floor is yet another complete injustice to the animal. I am posting this on his business page because this is a clear picture of his high society character. Complete inconsideration for his own dog and anyone else around him. Tell me, based on this picture, does this dog look like he is having the time of his/her life? And by the way, the lady standing in the background with the baby in her arms had to stand there the entire time because not one gentlemen at the table would give her their chair. Again, judge of character or lack there of. So just know that you might be able to scream real loud in a crowd to get your demands met, but a public post on your business page about your character can scream louder and with no punches needing to be exchanged. And maybe you should think about how you act in public with your business shirt on with your web address facing me. I am an animal lover too, and I believe this is cruel and unjust punishment for an animal. They don't ask to be drug to a restaurant to be punished this way. The fact is they have no choice but to obey their masters, wherever their masters chose to drag them. You are probably also the guy that walks across hot pavement with your dog on a leash, because I know you are not carrying a dog that big across the pavement, let alone give a lady with a baby your chair.

Joey and Mario were awesome. They came by to service and adjust the bunks on my boat lift to fit my boat. Explained every part of the process and any tips I needed to know for Boat Lift ownership. They have me as a customer for life. That should explain how happy I am with them and The Dock Experts. Very affordable pricing too for their routine maintenance service plans.

I was having a hard time getting people to show up to give me an estimate to install a double floating jetski dock and the one guy that did show up gave me a ridiculous price. I didn’t originally call dock experts because I thought they only did large projects but gave it a shot. Long story short Joey came to my house and evaluated it figured out what he needed and literally came back the same afternoon and installed it. Great job too.and was fast. Great price as well.
