The technician was there 10 minutes before I was even there he was there on time as appointed to he was there supposed to be a 6:30 7:30 he was there at 6:20 I'm very happy, very professional very outstanding individual he was very patient cuz I had so many keys that lock the fuse box and I just have it that way but it was kind of funny him and I were both laughing I had like over 50 keys in my keychains at like three of them in us trying to find the right key to that padlock and he was so patient very professional technician he pinpointed that electrical issue cuz half of my house was not working and he knocked it out of the park He's awesome and he's supposed to help me out trying to replace cuz the fuse box needs to be replaced for future damages I don't want future upcoming damages down the road so we're going to see where that goes and I hope we can but he's very awesome man when they hired this individual they hired the right guy and very very comfortable I felt with him in my home God bless you all

We hired DNZ to install an EV charger for our new EV. I called several contractors for quotes and DNZ (Nicolay) was the only one who came to our house to measure and see the installation and provide a quote. He applied for a city permit on our behalf and when there was a doubt about conduit installation he personally went to the city office to obtain their advice thereby avoiding any possible delays in the permitting and inspection process. Nicolay completed the job on time and we are very pleased with his professionalism and service.
