I am very happy with the work Darren and Brian have just completed. It was a complicated and urgent job, involving rerouting the cold water main ( which had corroded and started to leak in my kitchen. Darren responded to my enquiry quickly (on a Sunday morning) and then came to do the job on Monday. It was completed quickly and successfully. I am very happy to recommend.

Excellent service. Had a leak under my concrete floor. Had quite a few plumbers that tried to find it with no results. Darren came with lots of different equipment, found and repaired the leak within 3 hours at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend

Slow leaks Managed to repair one source of leakage (the bath drain, which has been successfully fixed) but had no meaningful suggestions for other evidence of leaks further removed.

We are very sorry and surprised that you left a negative review. We consider all customer satisfaction a priority and want to resolve any issues or misunderstandings that you may have. When we arrived on the job there were leaks in the bathroom but also in your living room which is further beyond your hallway, because the leaks were rising through the carpet there was a possibility it could have been associated with the leaks in the bathroom. We suggested we would lift the carpet and floors to take a look but you seemed to think it was associated with the bathroom and wanted to leave it until the bathroom had dried up. We also pointed out that the bathroom needed retiling in places, and you asked us for a price for a new bathroom. If you still have an ongoing issue with the living room floor, then we will be more than happy to carry out any further work.

Dave is an excellent plumber - professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. A nice guy too, all communication was immediate and he turned up exactly when he said he would. Also respectful of space - left my flat clean. Overall, recommended without reservation. Oh and the new boiler works perfectly, which is the main thing.
