My bathroom pipes were blocked, running water from the sink would start to come up through the shower. Darren was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly and professionally, within a day he came and fixed what was wrong. Would recommend.

We contacted Darren as were looking at getting a new boiler installed as our old one had some issues as was very old, Darren has done plumbing work for us in the past he recommended the perfect boiler and also moved it into a new location he recommended, Darren could not do enough to help first class service, would highly recommend.

Dave is an excellent plumber - professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. A nice guy too, all communication was immediate and he turned up exactly when he said he would. Also respectful of space - left my flat clean. Overall, recommended without reservation. Oh and the new boiler works perfectly, which is the main thing.

DMC came at short notice for a boiler which had failed just as the weather went cold. Very professional and helpful. When new parts had to be ordered, proactively provided updates and fitted them as soon as they were available. Very happy with work and will use again.

Emergency call out to fix a leaking pump (Broxbourne)
The plumber told us he would take about an hour to get to the property and came within an hour. The pump was isolated and made safe. The broken pump was bagged up. The tenant was furious that the plumber could not stay to install a new pump and consequently left a very poor review. As the landlord, I had only agreed with the plumber to fix the leak. The emergency call out charge was £80 with no hidden extras. The plumber remained polite despite the tenants outrage. I apologised for the misunderstanding which led to the unnecessary poor review.
