A very good service
A very good service and very fair pricing for new locks to my home after I lost the whole bunch of keys. Darren was at my home in 1/2 hour and had the locks I needed with him, so no fuss and job dome fast.

Excellent service!
Excellent service with clear communication - Lisa was super friendly, gave me a quotation via Whatsapp in no time and we were booked in the next day. Darren arrived to change the locks and was efficient, friendly and professional. The prices was reasonable and I'd definitely recommend DLK Locksmiths to others!

Such a good experience with DLK Locksmiths today. Our back door handle broke on Sunday, completely sheared off in my hand. I phoned DLK on Monday morning, they were so friendly & helpful to start. I text over some photos to see if they had the right part in stock. Their responses were quick, helpful & informative. They provided me with a reasonable quote &, despite a busy schedule, Darren was able to come by that morning. Such a reassurance. His work was efficient, friendly & he was clear about what he’d carried out. I would definitely recommend DLK.

Saffron Walden Lock Change
Darren fixed my mother in laws broken lock a few days before Christmas. He responded promptly to our initial enquiry, Lisa kept us informed when he would arrive, and then was able to fix the problem on the spot. Darren was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
