DKJAY did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen floor tile after a dishwasher water leak. They responded promptly and were able to help me understand my homeowners insurance process and how they work together. Also it was helpful to have Deniz explain the difference between mitigation and restoration. The mitigation was done by another company and DKJAY did the restoration. The installation was scheduled promptly and the tile installers did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.

I had my roof replaced and they did a very good and detailed job. They provided pictures and kept me updated with all that needed to be done. Only reason why I didnt give all 5 stars is not necessarily their fault, as I know they were back and forth in communication with my insurance, so the job took a little longer than I expected. Overall satisfied with the outcome!

We had a water leak in our basement and our insurance recommended DKJAY restoration. I'm very happy we went with them. They worked with our budget, they were fast, communicative and their work product was excellent. We ended up redoing our entire carpet, redoing the floor in our laundry, and fixing drywall around the house. We are extremely happy with how things turned out. Thank you!

I tried to hire DKJAY to repair damage from flooding but there were too many red flags and I had to terminate hire. Deniz came late to appointments, she didn’t have the right equipment (didn’t have a moisture reader to take moisture readings), didn’t know how to match floors, etc! Insurance was held up for days by her not submitting work in a timely fashion. Very happy to have hired another contractor to do the rebuild.
