Service was quick though communication was a little lacking. They were schedule to come the first day to pretreat pet odors but were 2 hours late. However, besides being late the first day, services were very good. They examined the carpets using black lights to identify every area that required pre-treating. They returned the second day to shampoo and even provided complimentary duct work treatment. And they gave us a military/first time customer discount which was very much appreciated. Overall, I would use them again.

If you want someone quick, knowledgeable & friendly, then DKB is for you! They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and charged a fair price. I’d definitely recommend them for vent and air duct cleaning! Did I mention fast! They were in & out so fast and cleaned up after themselves. Loved it!

I had my air ducts cleaned and they did an excellent job. They were punctual and professional. Their knowledge base prompted a temporary stop as we sorted the origin of some water around the registers. It was from my mopping just before they came, but they took the time to sort that out and then proceeded. Jennifer provided camera shots of the inside of my vents, which reaffirmed, the water was from my mop. I would definitely recommend them.

Jen and Richard did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets! They arrived early and walked through to check out the spots on my carpet that needed some extra care....they even got a spot out that none one of us were even sure of what it was. I recommend DKB Restoration and will definitely be giving them a call in the future when my carpet needs to be cleaned again.
