My neighbor recommended Bryan at Dixie pool cover after my pool maintenance company had been out on 3 visits to help us get our pool cover closed which had been broken for over a week. They finally sent me a repair estimate that was double what Bryan estimated. Bryan was on property same day as I called, provided a repair estimate that was affordable and showed up within 12 hours, leaving us with a pool cover closing smoothly and efficiently. If anyone needs a pool cover, please, please, please use Dixie Pool Covers. We were in dire need of a pool cover and chose Dixie Pool Covers based on the reviews. It was the best decision ever made. Bryan is an amazing person, and his customer service is beyond outstanding. He truly has the best interests of his customers at heart, and doesn’t sell a cover just for the heck of it. He sells in accordance to the customers needs. He answers his texts and calls right away. We had an appointment for an estimate within a day or two of our call and within a week the cover was installed. I highly recommend Bryan and Dixie Pool Covers. I would give him thousands of stars if I could.

Dixie pool covers did an excellent job replacing my cover. Be careful who you use in this town as my first cover did not even make it 3 years before it started to leak and they told me it had no warranty. Dixie pool covers provided me with a warranty and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Communication was great and best price I found in town. Can not recommend them enough.

We are extremely happy with Dixie Pool Covers. Bryan was extremely pleasant and quick to respond to our request for repair to our older pool cover. He repaired the broken part and thoroughly explained and showed me additional issues which we were facing. We decided to proceed with a new cover which ended up being installed in one week's time. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their work is exceptional. Definitely recommend for any type of pool cover issues!

What can I say that the many other FIVE STAR reviews below this one haven’t already said? Bryan & Jake are absolutely the best at what they do because Bryan’s been doing this for 30 years. I called Dixie Pool Covers late Tuesday evening after the rope broke on my 60’ pool cover and the very next day they showed up and repaired it. They also replaced a few other parts that contributed to the break and then they explained to me why that occurred. Needless to say I am now signed up to get a pool cover checkup every six months (at my request) because I don’t want this happening again. They normally recommend annual tune-ups, but with all the wind and dirt that blows here in Dixie Springs, a lot can happen in six months. So if you need a repair, a tune-up, a pool cover replacement or a brand new install and you don’t want someone ripping you off, call Dixie Pool Covers. Bryan and Jake are Making Pool Cover Repairs GREAT AGAIN! :)
