I’ll start by saying I'm writing this review with my jaw still on the floor! I stopped by Distinct Storage today after speaking with Dan on the phone, looking to relocate from a different facility that is truly not taking care of their place. I walked in the door was warmly greeted by Patti and Dan with big smiles! Patti immediately helped, me and my boyfriend over to there “snack” corner, filled with good snacks, hot teas and a beautiful (and biggest) keruig I have ever seen!! Once we got our drinks Dan immediately brought us through a tour of the facility! Since I already spoke to Dan, he knew what I was looking for, had it written down and ready! This place is BEAUTIFUL, from the inside, out, (very modern) and truly, the nicest storage unit facility I’ve seen. Dan answered all questions and was so knowledgeable of this facility and all the inner workings!(I even thought he was the owner with how he carried himself) They have a truck for use(first come first serve), they have an app(so way to use) that always you to see all information about your unit, and they also have Dollie’s and Handtrucks. Needless to say, I immediately signed the paper work! (They even gave us a goodie bag) could go on and on!!! Dan and Patti are the best! If you’re looking for storage space or looking to get out of your old dusty storage unit… THIS IS THE PLACE.

Heather was extremely friendly and quick at getting me enrolled. For all the coffee people they offer both Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts coffee to cater to every kind of person out there!
