Ben and Jen were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had quite an unusual scenario to deal with, but they made us feel at ease, and reassured us that they would be able to find a mortgage, despite all the complications we had with our situation. One of us only had one year of books since starting a business, the other was just about to move jobs, the sellers didn’t want a chain and we needed to move fast. Ben and Jen were absolutely amazing from the start of the mortgage process to the end: they found me an amazing product for my house purchase and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Sadly, the house move fell through but the service was transferable to another mortgage product and Ben found me the best deal possible for fixing back in on my current house. Personally I don’t think 5 stars is enough to justify the amazing service and expertise provided here.
