Caught a nail in may tire. Other shops said it would be a week just to plug the tire. I have a full day of work with my truck. I called Discount Tire and they said they could take care of me. They had me in and out in 1 hour! Awesome service, great team of people. I took advantage and got some emails out at their workspace.

I stopped by Discount Tire this morning (without an appointment!) to have a tire puncture repaired. I also asked for a tire rotation and was in and out in just under an hour. This was my third visit to this store in the last few years and each time I have been amazed by the outstanding customer experiences they create. The team always delivers above expectations and sets the service level benchmark for ANY business, anywhere. They are that good! This is the only place I will go for tires or tire service. Ever.

Noticed I had a slow leak, and set up an appointment online. I somehow set it up for the wrong day, but they took me in anyway. Turns out it was the valve stem, and they replaced it for free, despite having no previous business with them. I paid nothing and my problems are resolved. Incredible! Earned my future business.

My customer service experience was overall very impressive especially for a busy Saturday. The whole experience start to finish was pro level and would always return. After I was home I did happen to notice the wheel that was worked has two paint chips that were not previously there. The wheels are OEM factory black painted and are just over a year old so they for sure were not like this prior. I understand these things will happen over time but I was a little bummed when I inspected the wheel up close since they are expensive to replace. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars and some people I would think would give less than this for this same scenario.

Completely blown away with how truly excellent my service was. I had an 8am appointment for truck tires, they pulled my truck in at roughly 8:10, and I was back on the road just before 9:00! Everyone I talked to and interacted with was super professional and pleasant. 10/10 experience, and I will be returning.

Highly recommend this location. What I thought was a tire that had leak turned out to be a much larger issues-went FLAT. Travis was super helpful, explained everything that was going on and all of our options to pursue while juggling a warranty issue with Subaru. All in all, a great experience during a stressful event, which included speedy service and very polite staff during a busy time for the store.

Waited about 20 minutes in line just to get air checked. As the car in front of me was finishing, I pulled around the lot so that I’d be properly lined up to enter the garage.At this point there had been the same 4 cars in line for a significant period of time and many employees had walked past the cars in line to get to where they needed to be. The employee looked directly at me, then waved the car behind me ahead and let them go first. No explanation, no apology—just skipped me entirely after I had already waited. This extends past waiting in line for air. There is a deeper principle here regarding customer care and respect for others’ time. If this shop can’t manage something as simple as respecting the order of customers in line, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything more important. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
