The staff was extremely helpful and kind, getting the tire patched up and taking the time to make sure everything was done right. We really appreciate and are thankful for the excellent service he received and will keep coming back!

This is an honest and helpful tire store. We found the back passenger tire completely flat on our daughter’s car after being in our driveway overnight. We put on the temporary spare tire and drove it to Discount Tire. Dustin thoroughly examined the tire for damage and assessed the tread wear. He explained their process to determine the root cause and the approximate time it would take - in this case, a little over an hour. He also assured us that the tire treads were in good shape. As promised, Dustin called us even earlier than expected. The tire had a faulty fill valve. It was replaced at no charge. So refreshing to find tire experts that you can trust and aren’t looking to rip you off. I know where I’m going the next time my tires need to be serviced or replaced.

Luckily, I don't need tire service often, but when I do, I will only go to this location. I've lived in Carmel 30 years. They are always SOOOOO kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was wishy washy during my scheduled appointment for new tires on whether or not I really needed them right now. With no pressure, the fine (and I mean fine :-) ) gentleman walked me through it with no pressure. I decided to move forward. My delaying put my job behind schedule - no fault of theirs. They were very busy helping so many people with tire emergencies (which is very important). But, instead of me trying to come back in at a different time, they got me in really quick. They were so kind. I got a really good deal on my Michelin tires too. I LOVE my new tires. They felt different immediately. I will never go anywhere else. I would drive from out of town. Thank you!

Dropped off my car at 11am. They said it would be ready by 230pm I called at 3pm and they said its ready. When I got there at 330pm, not only was it not ready, but it was not even pulled in to start the work. I had to wait there for 2 more hours till they got done. Once they got done, the front left TPMS started leaking. They did not tell me nor did they fix it. They claim that they have high safety standards, but they have in fact zero. I would never trust them nor go to them any more. They have people working there who lie and also have no idea how to install tires. Above all they don't care about your safety, they just want to get rid of cars. There are no safety checks or inspections. Beware. Go to another tire shop, better yet, go to your dealership and pay them a couple extra bucks, at least they will do it right. If there was an option for negative stars, I would give them negative...

I ordered four tires online a week ago. I came in for my appointment and the tires were not there yet which was not really due to the fault of anyone. Regardless, Mike was a tremendous help, they had four tires which were more expensive but still very similar to the ones I purchased overnighted at no additional charge to me. Mike and the entire team was very communicative and had my truck in the bay before they were even technically open. Overall excellent customer service and I really appreciated their service. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for tires.

Passed up the Greenwood/South Indianapolis location to come all the way here for air because the other one wouldn't even come outside. This Carmel location you pull right in the garage and they hook you up immediately. Fantastic service!

Man im not sure what happened to this place but it's gotten worse i first called so I can get 1 tire replaced due to a tear they told me to come in they are accepting walk-ins so I did not need a appointment or what not. Sounds good i arrived there @3:30 they took my info, told me to take a seat and they said they'll take care of me right away,I said Great thanks. As I was waiting ive seen alot of people that came after me come in and get their vehicle serviced/looked at first which I tought was kinda weird since i was there first. Then 6:00pm come by and I see that they close at that time so I ask the guy behind the desk what happened and if they are going to look at my vehicle and replace the tire. So he looks me up in his system and im the 2nd to last in the list and he will try to get me out by 7:30pm. SO I JUST WASTED ALMOST 3 HOURS ON JUST WAITING FOR NOTHING? AND WANT ME TO WAIT ANOTHER POSSIBLY 2 MORE HOURS?! Discount Tire: how about be more transparent and honest to your customers and if you can't handle more work don't accept anymore walk-ins

My tire light was on and took in it to this store. I didn't have an appointment and I knew I had to wait a bit for service but they were able to get me out in about an hour! I have been going to Discount tire for several years and this is a new location for me...I am impressed with their service, not long waits and how they treat their customers! Very happy with this store and staff!! I purchased my tires from them so they repair flats and I don't pay anything as well as get my tires rotated for free ( I paid for this service when I bought the tires and I highly recommend it)!

Every time I come to this Discount tire location, I have an enjoyable, above and beyond experience. All of the employees are nice, knowledgeable and professional. Today they gave me an incredible deal for four new Michelin Defender 2 tires for my Tesla model 3 plus an alignment, as well as insightful information. 5 Star Location, no doubt!!!!!
