I walked in with no prior appointment. Amy welcomed me. We chatted a little, and I asked if they had Rolex hulk. They did, and within a matter of 15 minutes I walked out with the watch in my hands for a fair price. Professional, good service but I’ve seen better, hence the 4 stars.

I am an avid watch collector, and have over 30 pieces. In all of my experience I have never ever ever dealt with anyone better than Chris. I attempted to complete my second transaction with EWC and was unable to close, however, the entire time Chris was insanely patient, communicative, understanding, and professional. He was ridiculously responsive and beyond attentive to my concerns and needs. I do not think I will ever shop anywhere else as long as Chris is a part of EWC. I truly can not recommend them enough and look forward to my next transaction with him whenever that may be.
