I couldn’t be happier with our cabinets. The quality is outstanding—solid construction, beautiful craftsmanship, and everything feels built to last. Delivery was right on time, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was the customer service—responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. And the walnut stain is amazing…rich, warm, and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!

When we shopped Discount Custom Cabinets, we were very pleased with the quality and the price. I was very pleased with the construction of the cabinets top notch. Ordered the cabinets and they kept us up to date with when they would be shipped and arrival date. Everything went smooth and the cabinets look great. I need to find cabinets that match 10-year-old craft made cabinets that are no longer produced. I found discount custom cabinets online, had the color and style that I needed. The customer service was great communication was top-notch, and the cabinets were delivered on time in perfect condition. Would I recommend them – absolutely!

We ordered a total of four 42" uppers, one 60" upper and four base cabinets that were all RTA. Only one cabinet had finish damage on the door. A few of the inside bottom edges of the door openings missed sanding (jagged) but the finish looked great on everything else and we had no problems with assembly. I will say to get everything at one go from your crown and kick to spacer just in case because having them shipped later is too much $. They shipped quick and customer service is outstanding!

I tested their perseverance with many changes to my original kitchen plans on more than one occasion and they were always right on top of everything and made sure I was always happy and taken care of, regardless of how much or how often I pestered them!! Their products and prices were consistently top notch and they always came through on every level!! The door frames were the exact dimensions and the cabinet boxes were perfect also. I purchased the RTA cabinets and they went together with no problems. James met with us on a Saturday, his day off, to help us plan our kitchen renovation. We negotiated what I would consider a fair price and placed our order. Within a week our cabinets were delivered. We were extremely satisfied with the quality and appearance of the finished product. We had a couple extra pieces we didn't need and returned for a refund no questions asked.
