Love the roller blinds we already purchased and buying more. Fantastic price, excellent quality and fast! When I had questions about another blind I wanted to order, the customer service was fast, easy to use via the chat and a real person! Can't recommend this company enough.
Hi Diane, thank you for the lovely review! So glad the kitchen blind fits perfectly and looks great. Enjoy it. Best, David

We have ordered twice and the blinds were exactly as advertised. We are very happy with the product quality. Our second order was for our beach house and, unfortunately, the courier/logistics company damaged three blinds during transit.
As we didn't open the packages for three days, we later discovered that any damage must be reported to the courier within 48 hours, otherwise no claim can be made. The courier company was extremely difficult to deal with, and the claims process was convoluted and unhelpful.
The blinds themselves are excellent, but my advice to future customers is to inspect all deliveries immediately before the courier leaves, as you may have limited options if damage is discovered later.
Hi Chris, thank you for ordering from us twice, and we’re really glad you’re happy with the blinds themselves. We’re sorry about the transit damage on your second order, it was frustrating for everyone. For anyone reading, we ask customers to check their order within 24 hours, as that’s the courier’s claim window rather than ours. Even after this claim was declined, we offered to repair the blinds at our cost, though the complication was getting them back to us. That offer still stands if you’d like to take it up. Best, David

I am extremely impressed. This is my second order. Apart from price and quality - trust me the BEST. The speed of making and deliver was amazing. But even betterer! the communication was exemplary - a request for returns - confirmed immediately and even emailing me to check size of slats as I had both 50mm and 63mm ordered. Thrilled.
Hi Margaret, thank you so much, and thanks for coming back for a second order! We always like to double-check when something looks a little different, so glad it helped. Thrilled you’re happy with them. Best, David

I recently purchased a custom made white wooden venetian blind for a bedroom window from Discount Blinds. I researched several companies on line and compared product, price and installation guides. Discount Blinds ticked all the boxes for me and I was most impressed with the speed of delivery, the quality of the product, the ease of installation (after a quick phone call to check a few minor details) and the helpful advice I received. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. If you are hesitant to purchase blinds on line and carry out your own installation, I can tell you it was a breeze.
Thanks so much for the great review, Heather. We’re glad the blind ticked all the boxes and that everything went smoothly. We’re always here if you need anything else.
